I would like a Discord plugin that posts a link when a new form is created.

I recently moved TTT MC suggestions from Discord to Forums. So basically suggestions will be submitted through a form instead of typing !suggest MC blah blah on the discord and bot posting a poll in the suggestions channel. Now I'd like when someone submits the form It's posted on the forums and then the bot Sends the link in the suggestions channel saying "A new suggestion has been created: LINK"
