An improved auto oil

Decided to make this so when people ask how i do it i can just link this to them

First find Gates under the Wire tab

Then search for delay

Then left click to place it down

Then find Constant Value

Then click the plus if you don't have 2 values

Set the first one to 1 and the second one to 180

Then place that aswell

Then find the wire tool

If you are pretty confident with wire 

Clk - 1

Delay - 180

Fire - Out

If you want a screen that counts down for your oil

Make sure all this is checked

A - Remaining

Thats is just make sure the user beam hits the refinery

If you want it on more than 1 refinery place another user on the other refinery and set fire to output
