Wayne's CR Campaign #2

Hello all. I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to read and consider my campaign for Community Representative.  I would like to extend a thank you to the current council members who sponsored me: @Shuruia, @Pyros, @Infra, @Salad, @Ben, @Joshy, @Bendy (I'm glad to have pinged you all)

For those who are not familiar with me, my name is Da Pain Wayne, easier referred to as just Wayne.

^History

I have been a part of the GFL community for approximately 7-8 years, if not longer than that (I know, I'm old). I believe I joined GFL somewhere around 2014, but, the timing is hazy. I have mostly stayed within the realm of our GMOD servers, occasionally branching out to play our other divisions with friends. More recently, I have started to branch into the Teams side of GFL, mostly being in Moderation. Over the years, I have held a few positions, which include:

• Server Admin GMOD Purge - From approx. 2014-2018, I believe I was an admin 3 separate times, each lasting at least like... 8-10 months? 
• Server Admin GMOD CWRP - From approx. July 2021-March 2022
• Server Admin GMOD DarkRP - Unsure exact time frame, but maybe 2020-2021? 
• Server Manager GMOD Purge (current) - From January 2022-Present (January was when the project began, was released April)
• Senior Moderator (current) - Became a Moderator in the Summer or Fall of 2021, becoming a Senior Moderator I believe around February of 2022. 
• Council, Community Representative (current) - December 2021-Present. I've attended all private and public council meetings, despite actively working during majority of them (If you were there for the June meeting, yes that was my ambulance siren when I had to leave). 

^Qualities

I truthfully dislike "boosting" myself to try to gain likes. However, if anyone actually knows me, they know that I'm not one to sugar coat or dance around things. I will literally just say what's on my mind, and quite possibly cause someone not to like me. Though this is actually a strength of mine, because it makes me an honest person, and sadly honesty lacks in the world. Truthfully, there have been several times the last few months that I've been told not to say things, because it was honest and not the usual sugarcoated stuff management likes. 

Over the last 6 months of being in Council, there have been several people who felt wronged by staff in some manor. They have come to me, and no matter the circumstance, reasons, or whatever, I advocated for their side in discussions just to make sure they were heard. It typically has no affect, however, they feel better just knowing that they weren't ignored or "done wrong". In the 6 months, there has been little change, but also there's been little reason for change. However, if someone sees problems, I'd hope people would allow me to advocate for them.

I'm not here to make friends. I'm not here to really gain much of anything. I don't have a plan for "Big GFL overhaul", and I won't promise to "Make GFL Better" or anything like that. It's just, not reasonable. I'm running for CR again for almost the sole purpose of making sure those people are heard when they need to be heard. Everyone deserves an advocate.
