Its time for GFL CS:GO ZE monthly map event!

 

This time, it's a special event where we will be going for FF maps or LOTR maps.

 

Map(s): Final Fantasy Collection

Date/Time: Saturday, 25 March 2017.

1pm Central Time(US)/ 8pm Central European Time (CET)/ 3am GMT+8

In each map, last level winners will be eligible for SUPPORTERS rank.

The winners of the giveaway will be chosen using a random generator.

Nice twist to an event and thanks to Key for donating, but ick, these maps back-to-back-to-back is cringe worthy.

 

Hint: More people can beat the LOTR maps so if you want to get in the drawing the choice is a little more obvious.

I think there is a mistake in the voting options. The first time option says "1am Central Time(US)". Shouldn't it be 11am not 1am?

The LOTR maps in question are all extremely easy - even minas is fine with a good server population (which we will naturally have due to it being an event). Furthermore, most of the ffxiv maps are once easy to beat too with a skilled server population. Westersand however will be very difficult for GFL as it requires knowledge of items and it would be a new map for GFL (no problem for sg or mapeadores noobs).  

 

My point is, playing the LOTR maps is for noobs like bender while playing the FFXIV maps will present a new and challenging map for GFL and we wouldn't have to play through the cancer known as mount doom

 

Adding on to this is the fact that the LOTR map series will have plenty of people able to complete the map (on helms deep and moria) leading to the possibility for noob randoms like the one and only @Aurelien to win VIP instead of pros like me.
