I'm looking for a laptop (need advise)

I know there's a similar thread to this but I have some requirements for what I'm looking for and I can't seem to find something I like.

I'm looking for a laptop ( preferably 13" ) something I could use in collage but I could also play games/ use photoshop and other apps like Sony Vegas Pro. 

I'd also like it to be fairly slim.  

Price: Up to 600EUR.

that's a bit out of my price range. I only need to run games like csgo, ow.

Well just a tip: the minimum for you are going to be needing to play csgo is about 60-70 constant and consistent fps.

I'm not going to spend 1800 EU on a laptop. But ty for the suggestion.
