and i did not do anything my brother made it and i didnt really have anything to do with it just some tiny things

@Jordan Because that artwork was made by someone else and you can also search up this artwork on google. There are tons of images of that piece of artwork. Your brother took someone else's artwork and only change the background. So now you're putting the blame on your brother, which originally you said you and him both work on this artwork. The only thing you guys did was made the background bigger, erased the original creator's initial, and erased the snow flakes.
