Im going to try my best to throw my suggestions out in big chunks from now on, to save space on forums :) 

 

1. Improve poor SCP-173's blinding ability, apparently it's ability is useless to players who are far away from 173 and does not blind them, I suggest that everyone who is CURRENTLY observing scp 173 should be blinded, no matter what distance ( right in front or all the way down the hall ). It will GREATLY help SCP-173 be more useful on its own, and will ESPECIALLY help in the dreaded (for the scps, not mtf) "Weeping angels" special round.

 

2. SCP-999 should be considered NEUTRAL against 035, the reason for this is that if 035 spawns, 999 basically has no choice in if it wants to help d-class or not because 035 will simply slaughter it. 999 still tickles 035, and CANNOT heal 035, the only thing that changes is that 035 no longer is required to kill 999 if it is helping d-class. 

 

3. CI should be considered NEUTRAL against scp-035, the job of CI is to ASSIST D-CLASS, 035's job is to ASSIST D-CLASS, therefore 035 and CI aim towards the same goal. Sure they can still kill each other if they want to, but it shouldn't be MANDATORY for them to fight if they do not have to, especially if d class are with 035, they either get caught in crossfire or start shooting back at CI. 

 

4. now for a addition to the foundation personal, I am suggesting a SITE-DIRECTOR be added to the game, he would spawn outside the elevator to the omega warhead room, and will only be able to exit through the door after cooldown ends ( similar to MTF spawn ). The site-director will spawn with a lvl 4 keycard, Nightvision, S-NAV ultimate, SCP-500, and a radio. I have a brilliant idea to keep  MTF from constantly escaping to the surface ( I know admins are always telling MTF to go back into the facility due to them usually getting out very early in the game). I suggest the MTF commander no longer spawn with the level 4 keycard, but instead a level 3 and to make him a little more than just a fancy looking MTF, he will spawn with Night vision goggles, health kit, S-NAV Ultimate, and the very elusive Shotgun ( ill leave how much ammo the commander should have, but about 4-5 reloads should be enough, considering there is NO where else to obtain Shotgun ammo ,unless you want to add some shotgun ammo the armory, then it could be reduced down to 2-3 reloads). 

 

5. Another addition to foundation personal, I suggest SENIOR RESEARCHERS be added to the foundation, there will be 2 different senior researchers that will be able to spawn, however only ONE will spawn each round. They should spawn with the SITE-DIRECTOR.

The two possible Senior Researchers should be as follows:

Dr.Gears- 200HP, spawns with lvl 3 keycard, pistol, medkit, and radio.

Dr.Bright- 100HP X2 (has an extra life, if killed dr.bright will respawn, similar to SCP-076-2, however he can only respawn once) , spawns with lvl 3 keycard, pistol, medkit, and radio.

 

6. I suggest re-texturing/re-purposing the Fire-Resistant armor into an HAZ-MAT suit. The HAZ-MAT suit will act the same as fire-resistant armor, however, it will also have the added benefit of Negating the bleeding effect of SCP-106, and most importantly, will negate SCP-049's touch, meaning whoever is wearing the HAZ-MAT suit cannot be "cured", HOWEVER REMEMBER that there are a very limited number of hazmat suits, and any instances of 049-2 can quickly kill a person in a haz-mat suit as it deals no melee damage protection ( i believe) of course I am considering the bad response to having an anti-049 suit so In the polls i am also adding an option that only includes the bleeding negation ( and vice-versa)

 

7. I believe this is the last one, and maybe the one i'm most interested in: I want to suggest REPLACING 1048-B with 1048-C , the first reason has to do with LORE, according to SCP 1048s FILE (found here http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1048) 1048-B is considered NEUTRALIZED (that is it was killed). however, 1048-C is still alive according to the file, and in terms as an SCP it would be MUCH more unique ( as of now I feel 1048-B is basically a slow teddy bear that deals damage the same way 966 does, but without the radius ability). SCP-1048-C is a metal bear, meaning it can have considerably more health the the meager 350 1048-B has now, and is supposed to be able to run at high speeds. I suggest 1048-C have 1000 HP, and deal 10 damage and start at normal walking pace. here is the catch: at intervals of 100 HP lost, 1048-C will gain speed and deal +10 damage. so when he goes down to 900 HP he will gain speed and will deal 20 damage ; when he goes down to 800 HP , increased speed, 30 damage delt etc.. ( finally if he gets down to 100 HP, 100 damage delt, increased speed to its max level , which should be basically the same speed as fire man when he is running / 682 enraged). and on a side-note: during 05 Retrieval only ONE instance of 1048-C should spawn, not three (EDIT: I've added in the polls and option for 1048-C to increase +5 damage per 100 health lost, which would mean SCP 1048-C would deal 50 damage per hit when it reaches 100 HP, also added an option to keep the +10 damage increase but per every 200 hp lost, which would also decrease it's max speed.)

 

8. Give SCP-035    500-1000 rounds of ammunition to his gun, either that or fix the bug that does not allow 035 to pick up ammo, of course if he dies his gun should despawn or just not have any ammo in it if picked up to prevent normal foundation personnel from getting tons of free ammo.

You could code in and make the Gate's have a fixed health and keep the MTF Commander the same...if the Gate's have health then App's can break down the Gate's when the guards camp outside refusing to open them so the game can still progress??

I liked all the suggestions but site director and the 035/ci one. 

First off, I agree that mtf commander shouldn't have level 4. But a researcher can just go get the level 5 or get one another way. 

The rule is, if you are a d class with 035 and some ci show up, you betray 035 and help the ci kill them. I don't think ci should be allowed to help 035.

well sure site director could be escorted as any other researcher, also, no one knew this containment breach would happen, and the site director happen to be in the omega warhead room... directing [REDACTED] at the time of the breach :P. annd heck no to adding O5, they NEVER visit a facility that houses SCPs. In my opinion i'd still like to see O5-Retrival be changed the Site-Director retrieval, because in lore that would never be allowed to happen lol. as for the ethics committee... i'm pretty sure they are higher ranked then the site-director due to how elusive they are, and the amount of rules they are able to bend within the SCP universe.

I would say 1 second per hit (either by touch or manual , depends what works better) what if 1048-C only increased +10 damage and speed every 200 health lost? that would make it's max damage output 50 HP, I believe that could be a much better idea actually. going to consider editing that suggestion a bit.
