Buying Unbans

I feel like the following should be added

1) Limited amount of times people can buy bans 

2)Perma bans can not be bought 

3)If the unban is bought, then the person commits the same crime, they can not buy the unban again

4) This is gay. Not gonna work

That actually takes away the whole person of banning someone which as stated before is to get people off the server that broke the rules. If there appeal doesn't get accepted than they cheated and oh well. Dont do the crime if you cant buy the puppies.
