A change to the !calladmin command

I believe when people call admin it shouldn't announce it to everyone. Because if the rule breaker is doing the things he/she could simply stop and try to protect their cover. Instead, the admin could come on without anyone noticing and catch the rule breaker on the scene. Also maybe only the admins can see if a person does !calladmin. I hope you can add this.

Not sure how that can work. Not all servers have their discord where they can get notify from calladmin. I get what you're saying but most of the time the rule breakers are usually caught. So I think its fine as it is.
