Fix scp-079 controls making them more comfortable among other things

Well as I heard that scp-079 was added to the game and that you were going to be the troll of the game it is not really since this is something broken (It is not op) like some traps do not run on time or that some traps They are not deadly enough to kill a player.

I am not asking you to do scp-079 op since it would be a headache.
Just fix the controls and eliminate that you have to write ''!Next079 '' (more or less was written) to change the camera and to change faster and that the traps are more deadly and run on time.

you can type bind leftarrow to +left and rightarrow to +right so you dont have to do !last79 and !nex79, as for the rest @Xy_ can fix.

bind leftarrow "ulx last79"

bind rightarrow "ulx next79"

Hey, I have an idea because you can not move the cameras with the keyboard keys and if they already told me that but by default without writing it on the console and more understandable instructions

It's a bug, if you bind your arrows to what kite said it will work and you won't have to say it.
