1. NEW AND IMPROVED SCP Idea ( yes , suggested before, but Its abilities are a-lot different )- SCP 029 "Daughter of Night" (link to the scp article http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-029 ) : Uses D-Class model of female with shaved head, has black pigmentation on almost her entire body except her head , has completely black eyes. ( to make things simple, just use the shaved head d-class model and give it black eyes if you can ). Has 1000-1200 HP, can "strangle" any human , stunning them for 5 seconds ( basically an anti-999 ). Has running speed similar to 076-2 ( maybe a little less, it should however be able to outrun humans ).  029's special ability is the kicker: 029 can "seduce" any human (for balance, 029 cannot seduce NTF, CI, OMEGA Squad, or MTF, 029 should only be able to seduce Researchers and D-Class). That human will become 'loyal' to 029 , and the seduced human will be shown as "hostile" to all other non-seduced humans and SCP-999. The seduced human will be shown as "friendly" to all other SCP's ( in short, seduced humans are now friendly to scps, and hostile to humans). 029 can only seduce a human it is in contact with , with a 15-30 second cooldown to prevent mass converting. To make it balanced, another kicker to 029 would be the following: if 029 dies, all seduced humans will also die , this will encourage seduced humans to actually help 029, instead of ditching and/or trying to get 029 killed to be "unseduced". as a last note, places for 029's spawn could be the following: 'room 13' located across the hall from SCP-1162, SCP -012's CC, SCP 173's observation room, or even the security room right next to D-Class cells (currently locked but that can be changed, nukes are disabled anyways, and the cell locks can be individually locked instead of the door), of course the most idea place would be past the D-Block tesla gate ( so first two spawn options), but all 4 are pretty good places, oh and 939 isn't moved at the end 029 can spawn in the storage room in from of 049's CC. 

 

2. Allow 079 to be picked up and carried by D-Class , CI, or SCP-035. This gives 079 a chance to escape, helping solve the problem of 079 not being able to move. 

 

3. Move 939 from the melon room, and make the room only open-able with an omni-keycard (since friendly fire is now disabled for researchers/d-class it would only be a threat to MTF, but by the time someone actually gets their hands on an omni-keycard most MTF would be dead anyways :P). The reason behind this is that it's extremely obvious who 939 is since its current CC is right on the path almost all researchers take when trying to get to EZ. I've already suggested giving it the ability to re-mimic to help combat this but this could be a temporary solution to the bigger problem. oh and removing its collision-box would greatly increase 939's chances of survival as well just saying :) . 939 could possibly be moved to the basement, or 682's observation chamber , or that storage room right outside 049's CC. EDIT: 939 COULD be spawned in with the rest of the researchers , saw someone make a suggestion on that earlier, as long as its collision box is removed it would be a pretty good idea.

 

4. I've once suggested making the melon room openable with an omni-keycard but it was shot down pretty early, maybe an alternative to this would be restricting access to the door until the timer hits 5 minutes , THEN it can be opened with an omni-keycard. 

 

5. speaking of timers, maybe the rifle-armory at LCZ can auto-open at 5 minutes as well? before that it would require a lvl 5 of course ( lets be honest, the machine breaks half the time, it would be nice if it could open automatically at the 5 minute mark when that happens ).

 

6. speaking of timers again : A VERY GOOD idea that would keep MTF from rushing the surface in the few 60 seconds of the game would be to put a timer on GATE A/B , the gates will not be able to open until the 8 minute mark (they will still be closed at the 8 minute mark, but with a lvl 4 they can be opened at that time, and they will auto-open at the 5 minute mark per usual) , when NTF arrive. That would help solve the huge issue of MTF rushing surface without doing any major editing to things don't you think?

 

EDIT : 7. Remove multiple 017 spawns in the game, it takes up scp spawn room ( normally 5 scps spawn in a full game, having 3 of those 5 slots taken up by 017 is NOT FUN. ) maybe have 2 017's spawn (50 percent chance or something) but it only takes up 1 slot in the 5 slot space for scp spots instead of 2. but honestly just make 017 spawn once, there shouldn't be two of them.

1. +1 seems like a cool SCP to add 

 -1 It won't be fair if SCP 029 dies then all other people die because then people would get pissed if  SCP-029 seduced them and they died.

2. Neutral It would be cool if people could hold 079 but people could troll with the SCP and what would happen if they died?

3. -1 If ci got it then they might kill their own teammates or even the d boys.

4. -1 No only open for 939

5. Neutral It could make the game more intense not sure about this though

6. -1 maybe it will let you open it at 9:00?

These are my ideas for this.

1.true that it wont be fair if 029 dies, however it will make anyone seduced want to stick with 029 instead of just running off into a corner or trying to get 029 killed, maybe have 029 seduce but if 029 dies the seduced players stay seduced, could work. 

 

2.I agree that 079 might get trolled, so i was thinking maybe only allow his containment to be opened at the 5 minute mark with gate A.

 

3.I forgot CI was enemies with 079... they should really be neutral, as well with D class

 

4.nukes are already disabled, it can only be opened at the 5 minute mark, and with an omni card, let us have a little spice in the game. :( but i respect your opinion either way

naahh we have to deal with spawncamping somehow, allowing it to open at 9 wont help. makes things more.. interesting.

Maybe there will be places you can set 079 not just on the ground or somewhere,

1. Yes but WE HAVE OTHER MAPS. Make him spawn on other maps because A) There is more rooms on other maps B) It would give people more reason to play other maps.

I dont mind if 029 spawns on other maps, as long as it ALSO spawns in site 19, take a look at poor 1048-B, just cause it spawns on other maps does not make those maps any more popular, the problem is not trying to get people to play on bad maps, its trying to find good maps for us to play on.

They are good maps. Not great maps, but good maps. The only reason people won't play them is because they hate any map that isn't site 19. It should not be on site 19. If the people want a new SCP, they are going to have to play other maps. Sorry if that is harsh, but that's how I see it.

That is the problem, the other maps are NOT GOOD MAPS, they are not meant for breach and unless they are heavily edited they never will be( Lets be real here, the other maps are made purely for RP). All maps besides site 19 and 12 (and site 12 still has issues) have horrible play-ability, all other maps have mother-of-god chokepoints and only one exit. You might as well make a server and call it "SCP Prop hunt" because trying to escape on the other maps is basically a game of hide in a keycard locked door until the end of the round. Instead of forcing players to play horrible maps, we should focus on making site 19 more interesting by adding new scps and events, and perhaps as a long term goal add some actual maps that are tailored for Breach gameplay. Forcing us to play bad maps by making them scp exclusive will do nothing but hinder the server, and sorry if that is harsh, but that's how I see it. :P

That's because you haven't played the other maps. If you played them you would learn them and be able to escape.

Funny you think that, I have actually played all the other maps and I know how to escape, its a one way street through MTF land, no way around unless you want to do a suicide run or wait for scp's to wipe them all out ( by hiding in a keycard locked room ). If YOU played them you would know that what I say is the truth. Of course I understand your reasoning for wanting to force players to play new maps, and I do agree that we need should find some new maps to play on, BUT they should be GOOD MAPS and we should NOT force players into playing them by making "scp exclusive maps" , because if that happens, we might as well make them VIP only maps eh? ;)
