Article 11 and 13 "passed"

On September 12, 2018 at around 7:00 am EST, the EU copyright directive has passed the Article 11 and 13 initiatives by 438 in favor to 226  and 39 neutral. So rip memes.

Europe isn't America they don't just agree on something and instantly enforce it like in the us

Yes all government control is bad capitalism would be better with less restrictions
