Worgee 812 / 13,264 Report Post Posted November 1, 2018 Try simply searching by GFLClan.com in the search bar rather than by IP or open the console and use “connect 216.52.148.47” Nerd
 Achievements

This could be something on your side (e.g. your router or ISP is blocking the IP) or server-side (e.g. our hosting provider's firewall is blocking your IP). Please let me know what the results of the trace route are. Thanks.

Roy 10,832 / 0 Report Post Posted November 1, 2018 26 minutes ago, WoRo said: Interesting. The last reachable hop appears to be located in Chicago (where the server is located). Would you be able to try to perform a trace route to 64.74.97.182 using the following command: tracert 64.74.97.182 This is another one of our servers on the same network. I'm wondering if you're unable to reach any servers in NFO's Chicago location which uses Internap. If you'd like, you can also try performing an MTR to these IPs using something like WinMTR for Windows. An MTR is similar a trace route, but displays packet loss and continuously pings all hops. If you do decide to do this, please allow over 100 - 200 packets to be sent before stopping and pasting the results here. Thanks. Roy 10,832 / 0 Report Post Posted November 1, 2018 @WoRo In addition to my last reply, would you be able to private message me your IPv4 address? You can find it here. I wouldn't recommend posting it publicly. If you aren't using any VPNs, etc. I believe I already have it. I would like to perform a trace route back to your IP from the server to see what results I get from that. P.S. Also moving this to the Technical Support forum. Thanks. Roy 10,832 / 0 Report Post Posted November 2, 2018 Just an update on this case, we're currently handling this through PMs. I plan to open a case with our hosting provider since it appears @WoRo is being blocked on their side. I will be doing so soon when I'm not busy with work. Thank you.
Roy 10,832 / 0 Report Post Posted November 2, 2018 Another update, we have a case open with NFO at the moment and it is confirmed that NFO is blocking the client's IP address. I should have an update by the end of the weekend. Thanks.
