SCP-795 Buff: Turn other people into cats

While there is other scps that are worse via design/gameplay(looking at 106 mainly), 795 is currently the weakest SCP in the entire game. I propose a solution to this, based on the original 795 suggestion. 

 

In the original suggestion(Where he was foundation sided) he could turn other people into cats with the same abilities as him. I say add this ability to the current scp team 795. The cats would be essentially exact copies of 795(aka, they can also turn people into cats), ableit the transformation effect would be on a cooldown unlike 049 or 610(pref a pretty long cooldown so its not its main form of attack).

+1 It is a much needed buff, though copies should be weaker in some form (i.e. less health).
