Upcoming changes to the pointshop

Hello! Due to issues with pointshop2, we will be switching to the Adam Burton version of pointshop. The reason for announcing this change ahead of time is that I would like to encourage people to sell certain items ahead of time.

 

The following items will be removed from the game:

 

  - SCP-066, SCP-999, SCP-173 Accessories.

  - The plasma gun on back item

  - The supply copter

  - Basically any other accessory other than the demon eye and the giant head.

 

If you own any of the above, sell it before May 10th if you would like to keep the points.

 

The following things will be kept when we change pointshop addons:

  - Points

  - Items that were not removed from the game.

 

We plan on adding a couple of new items to the game when we make this change:

  - More skins for d class (we already have enough for researchers)

  - Weapon skins (just a few for a couple of guns at first)

  - SCP Boosters (Next time you would normally be SCP, you will be the scp of the booster instead of whatever you would have been. Does not increase SCP chance)

  - One or two new accessories. They should look a little bit better than the old ones.

Well this is gonna suck. I paid a bit of money just to get Supporter and buy some of this stuff. I'd really hate to see my dragon wings and 3-D glasses go. At least I get to keep my skins. 

 

What kind of ranking is going to be required to get some of the new stuff? I'm just wondering if I am gonna have to donate again if I want to have something to replace what I lost.

If you were a previous donator and you had an item that you would like replaced, I will be able to give you an item to replace it.

That is awesome! Would I be able to select what items replace what I lost? 

 

I'll attach a screenshot of what I have as proof of what I currently own before I start selling any accessories.

Skins from the shop or skins for the shop?

 

If the former: no, because you guys will have access to buying things from the shop anyway (whereas the former donators would need to donate to get new items)

originally gonna make a verbally ironic shitpost but guess now its a legit question. I remember at some point seeing suggestions for Chell, Gordon Freeman and Donald Trump as D class. Now I'm curious if any those would actually be added? Also if anyone could had links to those suggestions.

If that is so then can you add this as a scientist pm (I know you said we have enough researchers, but why not) and the Soviet glove in this pack as a cosmetic that goes on your hand? Also this as another cosmetic that goes on the players hand and this as a d class model because it has a bit of orange/yellow in it.

Was talking about the default chell not the blocky one. Though tbh only real suggestion please do not add anime characters. You would not believe the amount of Bill Nye and Micheal Moore PMs there are.
