What is the best moment you have had in GFL? (Anywhere, servers, forums, discord, teamspeak, etc...) 

 

I will start off with mine.

 

On purge when the old server was up around the time when zebra was manager, I and @weeaboo41 had set up a gun shop and made a huge scam. I was the gun dealer and he was a thief, the plan was when someone buys a gun from me and when they would walk out the shop, @weeaboo41 would go up to the customer and would mug/kidnap them. Most of the time they refused so he would kill them, take their guns, and give it back to me. We managed to get about 10-15 different players with this huge scam until an admin came on. Probably the most money I have made on purge lmao. (Plz no ban) 

 

I do have many more memories, but that was one that came to mind.

 

Another memory is when me, @Dano, @Darkling, and @AverageDrink watched a movie called It Follows on a Netflix share thing. There was a scene where a tall demon figure jumpscares the viewers and it surprised us. After the scene, we made jokes that the figure was @rapperdan. (Darkling had fallen asleep lmao)

nah, it's probably just very late nights on surf rpg dm with people like @Korowa @Toni Bamanaboni @Tai @agendus and others who I can't find the tags of (nathan, pengu, etc.). It got very cancer, but a loveable type which is nice to look back upon.

The loads of fun I had in EU Surf RPG, like Liloz said. I wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING.

Great friends, great laughs, and it took years to get dull. Makes me feel good that I still talk to old members of the Surf RPG community, and we're all still connected even if most are gone.

Spent most of my CS:GO hours in just 1 server, and that was enough to have a blast during summer '14. I hope we get to relive those moments one day, most of us just together and having fun again like old times.

Will always love every moment I had in RPG with @Liloz01, @Octavia, @agendus, @ALostPuppy, @Toni Bamanaboni, @Cloud_, @Senseifluffy, @Aurelien, @Rick, @Worgee, @Sonic393, @johaw, @Mucus and of course many others.

My most 'exciting' moment was probably when CS:S Zombie Escape reached #1 in CS:S on GameTracker for the first time on July 4th, 2012. I remember having to go to my mom's friend's house for the Fourth of July that day and I just wanted to be home celebrating this moment with people in GFL at the time. It was still an insane run (a month and a half from a new IP to #1 in CS:S, we didn't drop a rank once during this run).

 

I guess being 14 at the time was awesome as well. I was still a stupid kid just enjoying watching my servers populate, lol.

I still talk to him sometimes. He voice called me for the first time in awhile a few months ago and dude you wouldn't believe how not-squeaky his voice is anymore. He sounds like @Akris lol

Being the ghost of GFL for nearly three years after being banned and still managed to play, more or less being the Most Wanted on the CS:S ZE server, finding all kinds of tricks to outsmart the watching eyes,

forging spy-like connections with certain high ranking officials who were on my side, peaking in the admit of fault of the administration at the time and erasing my history : )

For me one of my favourites would have to be my first interactions with you guys on ts3 in summer of 2016. My grandma had just fell and my mum flew out to Canada from our (what had wanted to be a week) day long vacation to Italy. My dad and I were stuck in Italy for a week or so before we could fly home.

 

Staying distracted and hoping for a recovery, I got onto TS3 and for the next few days we'd just play scirbbl and draw absolute shit. Probably the most fun i've had in a shitty moment. I think I was playing with @Dano @Snoopy @HackingPotato and a few others. (oh the shit that was drawn...)

 

I believe that was the first time I met Dano and that would lead me on to meet @Darkling , @Korowa , @Shuruia  and I guess Syrus too. That would lead on to wayyy more memories 😄

My #1 most fondest memories are playing CS:S Minigames and Deathrun with my good friend Zac` who's still a pretty close friend of mine today.

 

When me and him planned to re-populate the CS:S minigames servers (and semi-succeeded) Zac would always put on this really difficult course map, I forgot the name, but it had a shit ton of different stages that everyone got to play without having to stay dead when you die.

 

 

 

 

I guess could include playing in the Gmod purge server for the first time around, I then became an admin but lost interest because everything just seemed repetitive.

The best moment for me is making friends. After I left Cs 1.6 community, I moved into Gmod... I was in two different community before I joined gfl, but one of them shut down and the other... Had an abusive co-owner... Sooo... Making friends here after I abandoned ship from 1.6 was tough decision... Everyone kind of moved on so I had to move on elsewhere. Even though majority of the people on here are no longer in the community but making friends is a good way to feel happy and welcome. 

 

I mean I went through all types of roles but I wouldn't consider that the best moment since like some were bias since I was dating SoJa  and I was friends with @Thomasdavid097 and @FrenZy so getting admin & manager was hella ez.

Probably when I first got Admin on Surf Timer. I remember I didn't give a shit about the forums and just shitposted to get to 25 posts so I could apply. Good times.
