This is to resolve what caused issues last week with their core router. Here is the official announcement from Nexril: Quote This message is to notify you of upcoming scheduled maintenance windows taking place between July 20th, 2019 and July 24th, 2019. We'll be performing network upgrades to our core to both improve redundancy and fix a potential hardware failure that caused the brief network interruption earlier this week. Maintenance Window: Tuesday, July 23rd 10:00 PM - Wednesday, July 24th 4:00 AM CST Total Outage Time (Estimated): <7 minutes Affected Services: All Services (Public Networking) Impact: Public networking will be unavailable for approximately 7 minutes while we upgrade our core router. Customers may also experience occasional link flaps or minimal packet loss during the maintenance window. Maintenance Window: Saturday, July 20th 8:00 AM - Wednesday, July 24th 8:00 PM CST Total Outage Time (Estimated): 24-48 Hours Affected Services: Dedicated Servers (IPMI Networking) Impact: IPMI Access will be unavailable during this time. The maintenance on Saturday won't impact our physical machines. However, the maintenance on July 23rd will. P.S. Our NYC PoP is also back up. We had to shut it down for a week because our new server had routing issues with the IP it was given. We ended up destroying the VM and creating a new one (which came with a new IP).
