It could also be that there was a very pissed off user that didn't like you so they reported you multiple times. But other times, they might be disabling randomly. My friend (slave to manga) had his account disable with that same message. They never responded back to him as to why his account got disabled. Even just one disrespectful remark can get your account blocked or any high quality self-nude posting can also get you suspended.
