Why the console ban me?

reason is Duplicate account

but i never duplicate account

If I'm not mistaken, I believe it banned you due to an active ban on your IP. 
 

That said, I know this was more of an inquiry but could you make another post/comment following the correct format? The format is as follows:

 

Your In-Game Name:

Your Steam ID:

Ban reason and Length:

Admin That Banned You:

Appeal Reason:

 

Once you get a post in the correct format, we can get it moved to the correct section of the forums to be sure it's handled by the correct people.
