add a announcement for remaining people

Hi guys I think they should add a   announcement to tell players how many scps,guards and class ds are left.  + they should  re add the warheads.

If you press tab, you can see how many SCPs, guards, Class-D and more are currently in the game.

Also, warheads are going to be added eventually.
