Can't join sever

Yesterday i play this sever (216.52.148.47:27015) nomarl. But now i can't join and its say like the picture. Can someone tell me what happend????

Not 100% sure what's going on here, but Valve has kinda been screwing up with pushing out updates for CS:GO recently from what I've been made aware, and many server providers/hosting companies (in this case, the  company that hosts the machine CS:GO ZE is on, if this is the issue) have been unable to get it. Not really in to hosting CS:GO servers as GMod is more of my specialty area, so I can't tell you what the issue was, but I know a lot of servers have been down recently because of that. (well, the servers were up, but nobody could connect because they were on an older version of the game)
