Unable to connect to servers

Hell all.

 

As the title states I can connect to neither the CSGO Bhop server nor the TTT rotational server. These are the two servers I play on the most and would really like to actually be able to play on them.

 

I do not believe I am banned as there is no ban message upon connection attempts, just a "connection failed after x retries" message. Also the servers don't even appear in the server browser.
