My description of the events that occurred:

Just targeting. A bunch of people were doing free sunshine and stuff and he muted me permanently and started gagging people for spamming. I've seen many people do far more and be fine. Everytime I'm on and this admin is on I get harrassed, Gagged, muted, and slayed way more than with anyone else. It is driving me crazy that I payed to play on a server that now has pretty much become toxic with thsi one admins repeated attacks on me

 

The evidence I have gathered against TheSadBandit:

These post show messages from sad to me and other players.

 

Creamy was also online at the time, So was toxic. Multiple VIPs have spoken out about this too.

Thank you for providing proof of this. I'm going to go ahead and provide my screenshots of what happened from my side of things.

 

 

For starters. You have 16 comms punishments in the timeframe of a month. 

You were toxic when you were permgagged, and you even appealed it, and the appeal was denied.

 

You proceeded to become toxic in in-game chat, and even had your group of friends start spamming #ungagsunshine. Which leads me to this: the other admin abuse report against me, where I was reported for muting his friend who was spamming that.

 

Your friends had a toxic environment, and every time I muted one of them, you would say "admin aboose?". You did this same thing when I perm gagged you, and you said that in admin chat.

In the quote are the screenshots (some might not be in order, but I'll try my best to order them chronologically) of what was said throughout today, and what lead to you being perm muted.

 

To start off, I'll include the False KOS that you put on me on Round 11.

Your logic here was KOS of skin. 

Due to the logic of KOSing off of pointshop items, you were slain. KOSing off pointshop items isn't allowed, as it is RDM.

You argued about the slay and how this logic works. It doesn't work, because you didn't see me, or else it would've said "Someone in disguise is a traitor!".

Spams "Hai Der is always Correct!" 4 times as well as saying "You literally muted him after saying something 3 times because you are triggered"

Toxic mutes him for 5 minutes. His comms history reveals he has 16 comms punishments. He had even tried appealing his permgag and was denied. I tell toxic it should be perm, because of his number of punishments listed above, as well as the pgag for toxicity. I ask if he wants to mute him & have him get personally attacked by Sunshine's friends or if he'd like me to do it, because I have thicker skin and don't let little things get to me. With Toxic's consent I unmute Sunshine and mute him permanently for "Toxicity. Spam. Doesn't learn. Doesn't shut up about unpgagging him".

 

This is where he claims he has done nothing wrong against the MOTD and is being targeted.

 

I'll tell you now for future reference. Admins will not interfere in-game with other Admins' decision. So calling out for another Admin to assist you in-game won't help much. Which is why I advised you either report me on here with valid proof, or send it to Milk Man.

 

Finally I'm going to end with this screenshot. Self-explanatory, I gave him the link to report me on here so he could feel better about himself, and so people could read it since he claims no one listens to him.

They weren't my friends, I never instructed them to message or say any of that stuff. You muted me for something that I didn't do. I never messaged anyone telling them to do this, nor were any of them on my friends list. I repeatedly told them to stop spamming and saying stuff so I wouldn't get blamed for it. Yes I spammed Hai Der's name to prove a point because that is something I've done many times before with no problem. It is ridiculous that you keep harassing me when I'm on and proceed to perma mute me for something that I didn't coordinate or control.

The false kos was based off logic. It was in a gray area I'll admit but I took the slay. I didn't kos you off skin. If you would have read my report you would've seen that. Also another admin was on but the admin that slayed me was the one that reported me. I wasn't the only one who kosed you but I was the only one you slayed

You were the first to call a KOS. It's in the logs. You later had other VIPs attempt to lie about it, by claiming they had called it.

The same VIP then said "I can kill you because I didn't call the KOS".

After I added the slay he said "I called the KOS".

 

You were the one who KOSed me. There's the chat log to prove it.

 

As for KOS off logic, you can't kos off skin. Logs also show the fact that I enabled my disguiser before I shot the person. It also shows that you weren't even looking at me like you claimed you were when you KOSed me. So, this was a KOS off skin.

That is fine. Like I said It was a gray area and I took the slay. That is not the main issue

@6969696969 I am not going to spend too long going through all of...THAT.. but, I got what I needed from the screen shots. Look, at the end of the day, your comms history is atrocious. I don't see this as @TheSadBandit targeting you, but enforcing the rules. You know full well that your comms history is terrible. I have no idea why then you would expect anything other than this outcome when you intentionally spammed chat and were mouthing off towards a Senior Admin.. 

With that being said, because the majority of your comms history were VC related and this is your 2nd or 3rd chat box mute, I am going to lower it down to an hour. Your next subsequent mutes will follow the same format as in the guidelines. Don't get it twisted, TheSadBandit was justified in permamuting you, however I am going to allow you to consider the consequences of abusing chat before we get to that point again. 

Choose your battles, dude. Sometimes it's better to ask yourself, "is it worth it." Whenever I got frustrated at a player as an Admin, I literally would disconnect or go into spectator so I didn't do anything stupid or emotional. 🦑
