You can avoid being kicked by applying for member here https://gflclan.com/memberapplication/, it's free and fast, and there's literally no drawbacks! If it's what I think it is, there are no reserved slots, because you can't auto-retry to join the servers iirc. The problem happens when the server isn't full anyway. I wouldn't know as I don't manage the server. I hope this explained in any way. If it's possible to be auto-kicked when a VIP/Mod joins, then why is it that there are problems joining when the server isn't full? "1 or 2 slots reserved so that an admin could join and moderate the server." So it's not possible to join when there are 30 or 31 players in the server?
