Why should you be unbanned

Randomly got ban for no reason. I looked at the reason why i was ban was because I rdm a lot of people which I didn't. Before I was aware of my ban, my power went out around 8:00pm central time zone and when i looked at my ban I was ban at 9:35pm central time  zone. Even though I'm unban, I still can't join the server. please help
