Also everyone is constantly complaining about not being able to RTV until the maps been played for 8 minutes when they accidentally vote for a map they don't want to play. I do understand the idea is to give people a chance to play a map for a bit before getting the map changed on them. But 8 minutes seems like a long time, and for a lot of maps that are longer than 8 minutes it's even more frustrating to have changed on you after already spending that time on it.
