These are the guidelines followed by Moderators when a rule is broken. Please note that guidelines are only guidelines. Moderators may not follow them in special cases. It must also be assumed that these guidelines are a subset of Discord Terms of Service (ToS) and their community guidelines, as well as any legal matters. The frequency of the infraction(s) whether the same or not or its severity may lead to a permanent ban even if it is not listed explicitly. 0. Use Common Sense: Behaviors not specifically enumerated in these rules that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate in public spaces may still result in mutes. If you're not sure if something is OK, ask a Discord Moderator! 1. Spamming: Do not engage in any form of spamming e.g. mic-spamming, severely loud messages, mass-tagging, repetitive messaging, etc. 2. Private Matters: Do not discuss anything confidential with another user in public. Keep any personal disputes that you may have with other members out of public chats. 3. Channel Topics: Remain on topic while chatting in channels that have a predesignated topic. e.g. do not talk about politics in the support channel. 4. Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another user without their permission. Do not pretend to hold a rank that you do not hold. 5. Doxing: Do not release any private information about another user without their permission. You should also refrain from posting sensitive information (e.g. address, phone number) regarding yourself. Explicit Content: Do not send/use any explicit content that includes, but is not limited to, NSFW content, NSFL content, or anything that conflicts with Discord's Terms of Service: https://discord.com/terms. 7. Malicious Messages: Do not send messages with the intent of harming, acquiring information on, or gaining access to another user’s client/computer. Permanent ban 8. Advertising: Do not send links or images related to other communities, Discord servers, or websites with the intent of recruitment or promotion. This includes messaging members of our community directly. Slurs, discriminations, and harassment: Do not harass other members or engage in excessive toxicity. Do not use slurs that target groups or engage in expressions of prejudice against individuals or groups. 10. Moderators have the final say: Listen to the Moderators, they have the final say.
