This is the Thread for feedback on the current rotating maps to decide if we keep them or toss them.

MC Pool kind of claustrophobic. 

 

 

I think the others are fine.

these are my opinions of every map

 

 

TTT repass: fairly big to the point that it could lead to delaying, overall its a good map. (Neutral)

 

TTT pool overhaul: Im completely fine with this map. Yes it is somewhat bigger compared to the other one thus the name overhaul, but it gives some cooler details to it.  (Keep)

 

MC pool: I wouldnt mind playing on this, considering it has a fun little secret. I been on this multiple times and wouldnt mind it staying. Though as said by Alexis, it can be cramp. ( so im a neutral on this) 

 

Nuketown MC: 100% classic, I love nuketown with all my heart and think we should keep it (keep)

 

Stadium and Walkway City: Both are good maps which I would like to keep (keep both)

As you can tell from the replies above community pool should be removed due to it being overall just a bad map.

community pool revamp is a nightmare. there is about 7 guns on the entire map and its not uncommon to die before you even find a gun, including pistols. mc pool isnt great but i wouldnt blink at it staying. not a fan of repass due to its sheer size but id rather see Pool revamp go before repass

if walkway city goes we riot. that map is so much fun

repass - havent played it enough

pool overhaul - kinda ass

pool mc - i kinda like it

nuketown - ok/good

stadium - good but boring, nothing unique about it

walkway - ive never seen this get voted lmao

Stadium is a bit bland with its corridors, otherwise its fine with its size.

Is MC Pool even available to be played on? Never seen the server with the map.

Repass is very large, and lag becomes worse on a full server, that's just my opinion. Maybe test the cut down version?

Walkway is fine as a low density map, idk how it performs on high player count.

Revamp and Nuketown is fine.

ttt_nuketown mc: i think this map is a pretty solid, no-frills ttt map. the secret knife is fun, the t room/teleporters are nice, and there are a decent amount of guns/spawns. no changes, keep

 

ttt_stadium: i'm personally not a huge fan of this map at all, and i think it's a bit too sprawling, but i know that people generally like it, so :shrug: i don't really have any minor changes to suggest for this map, but probably a solid keep.

 

ttt_walkway_city: people initially seemed very hesitant about this map (players are generally not big fans of verticality, i think) i think people are coming around on it and now appreciate it. the variety of buildings and pathways between them normally create pretty chaotic (in a good way) rounds, and i don't even see that many people dying to falling on this map. i personally am a HUGE fan of this map. keep

TTT Community Pool MC: I didn't even know it existed, Toss *Immediately after I posted this I got onto the map for the first time. Pretty good, but not really indistinguishable from the other community pools. I'd change my vote to neutral

TTT Stadium 2019: Mega-Keep

TTT Walkway City: Keep

TTT_Repass;

Love the atmosphere of it, love the way it is put together, however it is rather large with a lot of twists and tunnels that can be difficult to navigate in a hurry/with a lower population. I do like it, and I think it is complimentary to our status with a large population.

Community Pool_Revamp

I like this one a lot, I feel like there are bits I would change if I could, and there are definitely not enough weapons, but the map is leagues more interesting and bigger than vanilla community pool. If we keep it I definitely think there needs to be more weapons.

Community Pool_MC

I didn't sniff around this map as much as I'd have liked to make a full judgement on it, it seems alright but it doesn't add enough to justify it over vanilla in my opinion. Not enough guns, only a couple of additions, and some really excessive T traps.

Nuketown MC

My favorite map from rot, I think nuketown is the perfect size for any amount of players, a good mix of T traps and just cover and area to play in. Not much to say other than I love it.

Stadium 2019

My favorite map right now, I think Stadium has a lot to offer. My biggest criticism is the really wacky prop physics when it comes to the soccer balls. I think it could use more guns on higher populations though.

Walkway City

I think this map has been really well recieved, I really don't have any complaints or positive things to say. Its very vertical and interesting compared to normal, a good replacement for Skyscraper

  • TTT_Repass: neutral, because the map is fun to play when a lot players are playing (20+) BUT it is horrible if there are only like 8 people playing, and the last 2-3 guys aren't finding each other..🥱
  • TTT_Community Pool Revamp: Toss, i would prefeer to let MC in the pool, and kick Revamp.
  • TTT Community Pool MC: neutral -  I usually hate MC maps, but that one is ok, i like the Traitor Turtle and the Detective room. 
  • TTT Nuketown MC: Mega-Keep - I love Nuketown since BO1..
  • TTT Stadium 2019: Keep - I like this map, it's big but also efficient, you can reach every room pretty fast
  • TTT Walkway City: Mega Keep - Iconic map, it makes everytime fun to play it.. Great when there are not so many people online but actually, also great and chaotic with many players online (20+).
