Okay, real talk guys.
The past last couple of months I have been doing okay mentally, but the last couple of days my mental health has just plummeted, and I just don't feel okay. For those who do struggle with mental health, how do you guys cope with it?
I've been trying to keep a positive mindset, and that's been working, especially after starting a new job, but lately I've found myself getting really lazy and unmotivated, which is what I believe led to this fall.
I just want to stay happy. That's all.
