    Done

Took me a few days to work things out

but I'm very proud of this piece

I'm just fascinated at the fact you are able to draw people and animals really well. How long have you been drawing for?

  4. It's been awhile since I've finished any artwork. I just finished this like ten minutes ago and I kinda like it. It's supposed to be a self portrait. I probably should have used red to shade rather than purple, but it's probably fine.Self Portrait.PNG

  5. Yeah, but they're horrible. I have them all deleted except one, which I can't remove because I can't seem to log onto the account it was made on.

By the way, I'm obviously the female. This makes me cringe.

If only I could have edited it down to a lower time, but I thought at the time it was all funny, and it's not funny like at all. xD

Oh my god, I just rewatched this and my voice. I'm cringing. I was really loud too. Time to kms.

  6. This is actually older than all of the posted drawings above I think, but I happened to stumble upon it on my laptop.

This is newer, but I don't like it lol

By the way, the bad quality on the image above is because it was done on my 3DS on Colors! 3D.. I don't use it anymore though, so this will be my last drawing from there.

    Way to go!

The way I had to get my work permit was through my school; maybe you should stop by the administration at your school and ask about it, or see if there is a "Work Experience" course and the professor who may be facilitating that.  I do have to admit that this was years ago when I did it, and I'm not sure how this varies, but it couldn't hurt to be proactive and check if you're not 100% sure.

I remember my first jobs, and I was so stoked to read about your interview.  My first jobs were super critical pathways for who I became today...  I don't care if one was a pizza shop and the other was a cement/concrete research company...  I'm super amazed at how they paved the way for my success.  Keep up the great work and congratulations!

My manager actually called and told me she went ahead and gathered my work permit application and filled out her part for it. I filled out my part. I just need to give it to my school for them to fill out.

    Thanks though!

I really do believe they help shape the future, just like you said they have for you! They're the small stepping stones for everyone's success.

  8. I mean, I want a tattoo, but I'm a little young at the moment. I'd rather be 95% positive I've stopped growing before proceeding. I'll probably wait until I'm 20 or 21.

It's just what to get. There are so many cool tattoos. The fact they're permanent doesn't help either. I have to choose something I'm sure that I won't absolutely hate within a year.

  9. Thank you guys!

Pastel, what job are you doing like cashier, cook, or maybe server?

I put down any available since I just need a job. I didn't know what I wanted to do, so I actually talked it through with my mom and she told me to put down any available. The Dairy Queen I will be working at though isn't like normal places. It's outdoor. To order you walk up to the window, order your food and leave or sit down outside. The inside is employees only.

  10. I put in an application to Dairy Queen last week and they called me today. I go in Wednesday for an interview and I'm kinda really nervous. I've been trying for a job ever since I turned 16 and I just couldn't find a place within walking distance that was hiring. I even did small local boutiques, but they only wanted seasonal help or they ran the business by themselves.

Here's to hoping I get a job whether it be at DQ or not.
