Hello! I'm happy to announce that we are partnering with Pig's Indie Games. He is currently working on quite a few games, including SCP: Rebirth and Multibombers, his latest project. Multibombers will be released on September 28th and is based off the game Bomberman, but with the addition of first person gameplay and multiplayer. The game will be free to play and is available on steam.

Redid SCP-096
- When looked at, he now freezes for a moment and t-poses (the t-pos will be replaced with an anger animation soon). Invulnerable while frozen.
- After animation, he will receive a speed boost and be able to attack
- After 10 seconds, he will go back to passive state, unable to be angered for 5-10 seconds (random)
- Overall: Nerfed speed unless enraged, changed ability.
-
You're D class, that's supposed to be like that.
-
- Added Dr.Maynard. Basically the exact same thing as a researcher, but he works with the class d and chaos insurgency. Has a 20% chance to spawn when there are 3 researcher slots.

Commanders wouldn't betray the Foundation since they're higher ranked, spies would be spotted before reaching the commander rank.
To the majority of the Foundation and the anomalous world, the Insurgency was a splinter group that went A.W.O.L. with several researchers and anomalous objects. In reality, the O5 Council had created the Insurgency to complete missions with ethically questionable methods and politically unsavory results—while keeping the Foundation's public reputation clean. For approximately twenty-four years, the Insurgency operated under the guise of Foundation defectors, using anomalous objects to secretly further the goals of the O5 Council.
In 1948, as part of a seemingly routine staged operation, the Insurgency removed several SCP objects from Foundation containment and transported dozens of defecting Foundation researchers to various safe locations. That same day, multiple other unplanned raids of Foundation facilities occurred. The Insurgency seized SCP objects with great research and military potential and inflicted severe casualties to Foundation personnel. The Foundation's biggest lie had become a reality. Their covert black ops team had defected, and the Foundation faced a new threat from an organization now calling itself by a new name: the Chaos Insurgency.
The O5 Council was stunned. The defection or even the slightest hint of disloyalty from Red Right Hand personnel had been unprecedented. The motives behind the Insurgency's betrayal remain unknown to the Foundation. All attempts to find, apprehend, or assassinate the defecting Insurgency operatives failed. This information is classified within the Foundation, which maintains that the Insurgency defected in 1924 and that the actual defections in 1948 were simply raids made by the already-existing splinter organization.
but eh, probably not. It doesn't seem to really serve a big purpose.

lmao, will fix all those. (Easy fixes, except maybe the spawn things)

Added:
- Shot direction indicator, shows the direction where you got shot from. Doesn't work on SCPs.
- !srv command, players may now vote for a special round provided 1) There are enough players online 2) A special round was not forced in the past 3 rounds and 3) it is not the last round of the map.
- Serpent's Hand warning sound (By Kaito Kiriyama)
-
There's not supposed to be ties, but that's what happens lol
Fixed.

General description of the bug: A nasty bug that gets worse gradually over time, it seems to be a problem with the lightning everything gets problematically bright at the start, but 2 minutes in you will be unable to see anything which in case you will need to restart the game or it will stay permanently. I have experienced this bug 3 times, all 3 times out of the 3 times it was when I was an SCP-076-02 I don't know if that is somewhat connected. in all of the instances after 2-3 minutes game lagged unusually much, and I timed out.
When the bug occurs: What triggers it is unknown But the effects appear when you spawn.
How often does it happen: Rare/Unusual
Screenshots/Video of the bug:
Unavailable, but I can describe it, it is if you were to set the game's gamma to extremely high levels gradually rising it.
Any other information: I heard that several other people have encountered this issue according to them. if they were SCP-076-02 is unknown.
SCP-076-2 is not connected to this bug and has been a thing since the server came out. It's not common enough for me to track down the cause easily. It seems disabling color correction reduces the chance of the bug occurring.

Rather than this, because will probably not happen, what if we require certain things before a server is allowed to have its own discord? Perhaps a certain average population or a specific gamemode (Like RP/ZE) which would require an unusually high amount of @everybody and @here pings to announce events and such. A server would have to have the potential to have a large enough community to sustain its own discord.

" 035 is allowed to kill D Class on multiple breaches rounds or when a round begins with just 035 and D class (and other SCPs)" (No longer applicable)
Implications
035 and SCPs are no longer allowed to team. SCP-035 may now team with the D Class, the chaos insurgency members, and (optionally) the researchers.
-
- Added SCP-610
- Can infect others, causing them to eventually turn into SCP-610-B. SCP-610-B serve as a weaker version of SCP-610 and will die after 3 - 5 minutes, leaving behind a rooted SCP-610 instance, which lasts for an indefinite period of time. SCP-610 is more effective if he turns more, as it will result in more SCP-610-Bs turning into rooted SCP-610s. SCP-610 is a tank, but is also one of the slowest scps in the game at this time.
- Can root itself.
- Passing a rooted SCP-610 instance has a chance to infect you.
- Added hazmat suit - Wearing gives you a chance to block a touch from 049 and 610 (it stuns them too). It also reduces danger from rooted SCP-610 instances. Offers no damage resistance and has slight speed penalty.
- 035 now spawns in D block, he is now on the d class team too. SCP-035 no longer teams with SCPs and is allowed to team with chaos insurgency members instead.
- Added the left shark playermodel for supporters and above.

Dunno if y'all caught on, but the 'prank' was that there was nothing to find

Many of you have probably noticed the introduction of a couple of ranks, noticeably: Moderation, Event Management, and Public Relations. Essentially, these are the result of the council being split up into separate teams with a former council member as their leader (These former council members have the same level of access as the council did). We hope that this new structure will allow more people to get involved with the administration of the community as a whole and will address issues that we previously had with the council rank itself.
The following teams were created as a result of the split:
Moderation
- Moderates the GFL Discord, TS3 Server, and Forums
- Assists in the selection of new moderators
- Application: https://gflclan.com/forms/6-moderation-application/
- Currently lead by @Ben Roy
Public Relations
- Helps maintain good relations between GFL and its community
- Advertises GFL in a respectful manner (i.e. not getting on other servers and spamming ‘JOIN GFL!’)
- Assists managers in making sure that bans are consistent with community policy.
- Application: https://gflclan.com/forms/13-public-relations-application/
- Lead by @Unknown
Event Management
- Involved in the planning and execution community events, as well as reaching out to other communities for event related purposes.
- Assists managers in putting on events for their server.
- Application: https://gflclan.com/forms/12-event-management-application/
- Lead by @Pyros (Might be reassigned to somewhere else, tbd)
Currently, none of the new teams have strict requirements with the exception of Moderation (due to its nature).
PFAQ (Probably Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Why was I/[INSERT FORMER MODS NAME HERE] removed from TS3 Admin/ Discord Moderator?
A: Due to the expansion of the role to include all platforms, trusted did a vote on all current communications staff. If >= 50% voted Yes, the staff member was retained, but if they didn’t get enough yes votes, then they were removed from the position. If you were removed from the position, you are free to re-apply at any time using the link above.
Q: What happened to Crusty and Flyingjoe?
A: Crusty is now the manager of the upcoming Arma 3 server and flyingjoe is now overseeing the media team alongside SadBandit (who is still the primary leader).
That's all for now ❤️

Breach Changelog
in Defunct Breach
Posted
- Added a special round "SCP-106's Funhouse"
- One SCP-106, everyone else is class d.
- SCP-106 must go inside the world once every 20 seconds or he will take massive amounts of damage and die
- SCP-106's noclip is slow
- SCP-106 cannot escape
BUG: Due to how GMOD handles no clipping, all spectators also have 106's no clip speed during the special round
Special round should be considered "beta"
- Buffed SCP-1471, now has 200 extra base health and the cooldown after teleport has been reduced to 2.5 seconds (from 5).
