- Changed up how spectating works, a players 'AFK Status' is now determined by the value of the client convar br_spectator (1 = spectating; 0 = playing). The old concommand, br_spectate, still works (it just toggles the other one instead of doing anything)
- Spectator status now persists across map changes, so we don't have a bunch of afks everytime a change happens
- Removed spraymon, its for the built in sprays, which are no longer used. They 'SprayMesh_ShowNames' command can be used to find out who owns a spray.

- ULX module for new sprays:
!resetspray - resets the player's spray
!setspray - sets the player's spray to a desired imgur/gfycat image
!clearlocal - Clears all local sprays, use this if there are too many sprays and its starting to lag
!clearspray - (ADMIN ONLY) Clear's a target player's spray
- Fixed bug where the spectator mode dialogue sometimes will show up dozens of times.
- Changed "Fireproof Vest" to "Fire Resistant Vest"
- Spectator mode dialogue should be centered now.

- Added bleeding
- Much like in the real game, bleeding will not stop after time, and will eventually kill the player
- Currently, the only way to start bleeding is by drinking blood from SCP-294 or being sent to the pocket dimension
- Bleeding can be stopped by using a medkit, using SCP-500, drinking a healing drink from 294, or getting healed by SCP-999.
- Vision will blur after some time of bleeding
- Health bar turns red while bleeding
- Added new medkit spawns
- Medkits now spawn more frequently (about double their old spawn rate)

- Researchers and Class Ds and SCPs cannot use loadouts (for obvious reasons)
- Price would depend on what weapon you are wanting.
- Can replace the weapon commands in console that almost nobody uses.
- Work one time only. You have to buy it again afterwards (this way the entire team doesn't spawn with AKs 24/7)
This used to be accessible using the br_mtfntf_weapon command, however it was disabled after the TFA update, I plan on re-adding it, but something with pointshop might be possible.

- Added !pm command that players can use to private message each other. Dead players cannot message living players, living players cannot message dead players, and living players cannot message living players. Admins can see everything you write.

- NVG now draws a green bloom on the screen (They appear to work now)
- Players can now spray again, Players are prevented from spraying on the ground to prevent pocket dimension exploiting again.
- Added !cake anti cheat
- Added awarn, players can now type !warns to view their warns.
- Added spraymon, so admins can check sprays using the spraymon console command.
- Removed br_site56 from the rotation, a map will be configured to take its place soon.
- Decreased RTV percentage from 65 to 60.
- CI can now spawn in game where there are atleast 5 MTF Guards (was 7)
Any of these changes are subject to being reverted if they cause issues, however we've been running them all day today and no performance issues have occurred as of yet (43 players!)

An issue we had last time with harmful drinks was sometimes players would spawn them to troll others, to make this harder, drinks now despawn after 10 seconds if they are not used within that time. In addition to this, each drink has a partially unique color
I am aware that these aren't all the drinks in SCP:CB, we'll see how these go, if it works out ok, we'll try adding more.
Also I am going to start modifying the internals of the gamemode again so I can improve some things, if you see any bugs, please report them. I will try to log every change here.
