Why this should be revoked:
After not having played for some time, I was unaware that the mortar had been buffed in damage up from it's regular HL2 grenade blast (50-60 damage radius) as it was not listed in the #updates channel in discord where I usually receive all news from updates.
I had set the Mortar up outside in an interior courtyard by bunks on Coruscant with a small crowd of 5 around me, and was expecting to pull a typical little funny and launch one to prop kill the guy on top of the mortar and HL2 grenade splash those around it as I had done tens of times before a few months ago when I played frequently.... instead it dealt out like 500 damage to everyone around me and killed all 5. Ouch.
Not necessarily expecting an unban but hopefully a reduction.

Hello,
I was there at the time this happened and can confirm and add a couple things;
Before you unbanned the three people who joined and began mass mentioning (they did an everyone each, then proceeded to tag @staff and other roles and people), you did delete the muted role from the discord, which at the time both myself and Liloz discovered through audit logs after it happened. Additionally you modified the Discord Moderator role using your Discord Admin role to prevent it from adding roles and deleting messages.
Seeing as this was roughly over a year ago, and the damage was debatably small and easily fixed in 10 minutes, I would be willing to vouch for an unban, but it is up for the Moderation's Senior Mods and Leader with the current HnS moderators to make a decision -

Heya everyone,
This... is a long time coming for me. For a few months I've felt out of touch and out of place with the server and its current direction, environment, and players. I'm now the last standing of the players who were in the pre-inception of the server, even before the closed beta, and the now longest running staff member for over a year and a half of time spent on this server. I've been here through the start, the highs, the lows, the dramas, the civil wars, the goods, and the base. I've served enough and I'm tired, so it's time for me to go. Don't have much else to really say about that!
I feel as if it's inappropriate to sour what I'd like to be a good reflective occasion with some of my opinions and feelings on specifics, subjects, and events throughout the year long "CWRP Experience", so I'll only deliver those that matter to the ones who need to see it and those I personally trust the most.
I now present the thank you list, let us commence forth;
To warn folks though, I have seen thousands of names and talked to thousands of people over the course of my time here, sometimes it's hard to remember or even compete with those who came before. For anybody who isn't on any of these listscry harderdon't take it personally, or do, some of you are really annoying and can piss off and drink spider lactate, others I never got to know well enough. You can guess which applies to you :trollface:

@Rick , @Pachimo - Thank you both for pitching and starting up one of the best experience of GFL I have and probably will ever have. You both do not get enough thanks and praise, being forgotten and lost over time to the mountains of fresh faces you helped join the server, and who followed in the months, and year, to follow.
@VilhjalmrF - 41st Commander Rollo. Literally the best Commander in practice and fun the server has ever known. The greatest tragedy is that nobody will ever experience what the 41st did in the first few months of the public server.
@Linda - One of the last and best of the original 41st still chugging along in the server. (Please apply for admin Mechalinda, you're our only hope)

Hello,
Breach Error 2 is an alt detection ban which does not produce "false positives".
Effectively, if you are banned under this you have an account linked to your own through steam that has been banned on this or any other of GFLs servers, as they are all linked through our ban suite.
You mentioned you have a brother you game share too, would it be possible to receive a link to their steam profile so i can search for a ban on that account.

After the management team has reviewed the ban and what occurred, we have decided to lower the ban to 3 Days instead of a week.
We feel that the messages might not be ERP, but they are still broadly inappropriate for the server and although you may be a good player on the server, giving out special exceptions of rules might start a bad trend.

I'll start off by saying that this appeal is denied, the 3 day ban will stay.
I'd also like to address the verbal Diarrhoea in your last post about your history and people apparently talking about admins that "can be fixed".
First, I was not aware you were in contact or on the server at the same time as Oskin, as he was banned in late April, and I distinctly remember you appearing out of nowhere mid-summer.
Secondly, Blackmailing someone is never a good thing, just because the victim was banned themselves a few months later does mean your blackmail was in any way just or passible. You did something wrong, don't think you're off free.
Thirdly you seem to declare as if people are talking about the admins and how they can't be fixed? Surprised to hear this considering that I offer plenty of opportunity through anonymous and direct feedback through community surveys and player reports... but I haven't seen nor received any? Also why say this here instead of actually messaging myself or one of the senior admins to change the apparent existence of these unlisted issues? Very strange...

I see a lot of taking sides in this thread, which is the wrong approach to take on this decision.
While people may hold misgivings with either party involved, the moderators removed and the "leadership" which abandoned them, the truth that everyone involved is to blame with the outcome - Issues mentioned in the announcement and by commenters here have been historically unsolved within the moderation team for years, even dating as far back as prior to my short appointment as Moderation Team leader. Toxicity, apathy, a lack of solid leadership, a lack of proper utilities and training have tainted the moderation team on Discord mostly since I was a Moderator in 2018 and I myself have to make up for these myself with the CWRP Moderation Team.
I would also like to mention there have been a host of internalised issues within the team recently that many here may not even have the information on, please don't jump to assumptions with what little can be and has been shared.
This change, although a gut punch to some and a saving grace for others is a required dredge to solve these historically unanswered issues, in my opinion.
As Shuruia did mention too the implementation of this is not in the best practice, with the removed moderators left in the dark, but the change has now happened and will unlikely be reverted. I look forward to seeing if this approach will finally solve these long-standing issues I've addressed far too many times.

Spiders, but more specifically Orb Weaver Spiders! Although Spiders aren't actually insects, everyone likes to call them insects so i thought I'd throw these guys in here
There are tens of thousands of species of the Orb Weaver family of Spiders around the world, and they can range from camouflaged specialists, nocturnal only, and even barbed and spiked varieties!
They get their name from the design of their webs, which branch out from a centre point in a myriad of shapes and special designs - when someone says cobweb you'll immediately think of this style of web! This web design is the most recognisable style of any spider as well as being the most common found worldwide!
