May i remind everyone that ban appeals here should be kept to OP and admins only unless you have something important to say. (Just to stop this being turned into a general thread)

I'd say it should be around 5k for member, and if it's going to be supporter/ is supporter only, 1k. It's not that appealing to make it anything over 5k tbh

As of this moment, the consensus of the moderation team does not want you unbanned from Discord.
This stems from multiple existing issues that still hold weight now, and some that have seemed to go unacknowledged/ignored by you and still exist to this day.

- Firstly, and the primary ban reason, was your rampant and near random toxicity to anyone who had remotely wronged you. You consistently went at the simplest issues with full force, disregarding civil and calm conversation for an aggressive, bombastic approach that 9 times out of 10 got you into trouble - or left your poor opponent with a lack of a will to go on. I myself, not only other moderators, have witnessed this same approach for now over a year and a half, other members for nearly twice as long, and to say it was effective would be far from the truth. My first hand experience alone from when i first actually talked to you with the Internal watershed right up to your ban has been nothing but the same, disregarding other moderators, i myself despite understanding your approach and where you came from to how you use it, am not able to accept you back.

- Secondly, your inability to admit when you are wrong has further caused clashes and bloodshed wherever you have landed. Even still in this application you have yet again dodged an issue and tried to play it off as if it's package and parcel with you. This is appeal number two, and you still refuse to acknowledge your greatest flaw and what drives you deeper into a pit near every time.
To quote from the appeal above "Do I promise not to break rules again? I never broke any" I'm not sure you quite grasp the issue here; The rules were broken and bent then to help people avoid and skimp out of dealing with edgy and near unapproachable behavior, hell even i did it, and in the end this same behavior is what nearly ended the discord at the beginning of the year. The rules have now changed, and people have woken up from the apathetic daydream and realized they no longer need to play the game of listening to those people. I mean, i'm the only one left who did that after all, and even I knew enough was enough. 
Frankly this can be pinned down to your lack of common sense in relation to general attitude - that oh so hated term which was well avoided by me, you, and others. A new breed of people with common sense, introduced this back and have practically saved the discord from what it was becoming. As the "system" now works, and there's no need to reintroduce the chaotic unknowns of the past, and as a result no need for someone like you who has refused to change and admit their wrongs.

- Thirdly, and directly related to your application as well as the second point above^, is your practical admittance you won't change your attitude, despite that being what you were banned for in the first place, which i've really already covered.

Personally i cannot find any reason to let you back, and i hope you keep what's been said here in mind.

In my time playing on the server, far too much was spent idling due to lack of events, and all i really did was walk around the Star Destroyer/Clone Cruiser (Sorry SW:CW nerds, i'm not that well versed). Even if more events were to be thrown in to make things more active, my experience was basically a total of 7 hours alone in the spaceship. So I would recommend setting up activities to do inside the star destroyer. 
These could include;
- A firing range, a simple line with targets here and there would do so people new to the server can practice firing as well as more veteran players just practice rangefinding and weapon spread/ballistics (assuming you're using a realistic weapon pack) or just to shoot dummy targets in various poses (Droids in perhaps running, stationary, idle and action poses)
- A PvP arena for test fighting more alive and kicking targets.
- An obstacle course, useful for passing the time or trying to out-compete server randoms/friends, or some minigames like parkour, bunnyhopping if able to on the server (doubt), and wallclimbing with the grappling hook which was on the server before. (also have a gripe with this in the "recruit training" as it was kinda annoying and useless, maybe for more advanced units)
- Possibly be spawn limited due to performance/spam issues, but have people able to casually fly aircraft/drive vehicles in some of the bays in the ship. 

Aside from this, another issue, or an issue i felt personally was the recruit training. Which was far to over-complex and had needless/never used formations / attack options. It should be kept to squad leader, movement, and shooting as to what is taught. Not a 30 minute run down on how to escort 2 different types of people, different types of shooting modes based on squad leaders orders etc - this comes from someone who likes that kind of thing.. if it's useful.

Server rules:
1. Do not exploit maps to reach one way or inaccessible spots that would be impossible normally. This includes:
    > Door blocking.
    > Prop blocking with immovable or heavy props (if you can pick up the prop with E it's fine).
    > Abusing the !unstuck command. Remember that as a seeker, you can use the kill command in console.
    > Blocking elevators (like staying on top or bottom of the elevator shafts)

2. Do not Prop Surf/Fly with the intent to tag someone or hide.

3. Do not mic spam. This includes but is not limited to:
    > Soundboards
    > Voice changers
    > Speaking a language that's not English (you can use chat in another language).
    > Playing music through your microphone (use the jukebox instead)
    > Keeping your mic open when you stop talking (because we keep hearing feedback or static).

4. Do not chat spam or send repetitive messages often (chat flooding).

5. Do not disrespect, harass, or target other people on the server. This includes but is not limited to:
    > Impersonation of either an admin or another player.
    > No racial, homophobic slurs or anything that could imply them.

     > No inappropriate jokes (rape, suicide, pedophilia jokes, etc.).

6. Do not advertise other servers or communities. This will result in an permanent ban.

7. Do not hack, script, or exploit. This includes bhop scripting and will result in an permanent ban.

8. Do not spray loud, annoying, or NSFW sprays.
    > You can spray music, as long as you mark the spray as a music spray (make sure to hit save AFTERWARDS).

9. Do not avoid being the first seeker. This means do not leave and rejoin the server to get more seekers or avoid being the first seeker. If you were disconnected, say so in chat before joining the seekers so you don't get warned.

10. Do not ghost. This includes but is not limited to:
    > Spectating hiders to tag them on the same or next round.
    > Following someone as hider and switching to seeker to tag them.

11. Do not tryhard as a seeker. If you go out of way to always seek and tag everyone, causing the server population to drop, you will be punished. This means that you would be tagging yourself on the seeker or switching to spectator and then player to go and tag all the other people on the map CONTINUOUSLY.

12. Do not grief your teammates by preventing them from getting to their spots.

13. Do not use offensive Steam Nicknames, avoid usernames that are racist/homophobic/transphobic/derogatory/etc.

14. Do not abuse bugs/exploits found in special rounds.

Right lets get down to it.
This ban was done when i gave the go ahead after being linked 4 separate videos involving Drew, and you. Within these four videos contained what people thought to be scripting. At first i was sceptical, after all, the two i watched first had moves i had done beforehand and hit a similar amount of hops to. They are attached below; (Excuse the quality it's someone's "recording software hardware")

This shows Drew launching out of a cannon to bhop over a fence, but instead running into it; and, very interestingly, didn't stop bhopping along it's length. I quite literally have never seen anything as sus as that in my time of playing Gmod.
What didn't help with the case, was that afterwards, another video was recorded on Clocktown, in which drew somehow manages to hit over 900 speed while "slope hopping" and maintaining this speed for up to 30+ hops.
This is where i drew my conclusions. In my months total playtime on the server, seeing many, MANY bhoppers come and go, i have never, EVER, seen anything like that. I myself, as have numerous others, staff and players alike, have actually attempted to pull something like that off, and not once have i ever gone past 5 myself - and I believe the record from memory was only 7 before they lost their speed. Both server lag, ping and human error are to blame for this, and you somehow manage to think i, or any of the staff, would willingly believe Drew could hit that speed consistently without mishap, using only a scrollwheel bind, which almost all of our staff and experienced players use? Yeah, i don't think so.
As you were with him and in active conversation - and already under suspicion from staff members and experienced bhopping members alike, i made the decision to have you banned alongside Drew. 

I'll let @BrotherWolf accept/deny this appeal, but i'm pretty sure i know how it's gonna end.

A couple of these maps are nice, such as Plaza - which was actually previously on the server and quite fun - and ttt_Ouhhh. I'd love to see these in, +1
Howevvvvver, we have previously tested forest for the server and well, it was a mess. With it's need for CSS textures - even if it is a must for gmod - anyone without it can see where anyone is hiding EASILY. There's no challenging parkour (not a bad thing tbh) but it's basically a hide and then run for 3 minutes map, except there's nowhere to run too and you collide with every tree/rock/hill/slope just trying to walk forward.
Gm_adventure, while I was looking at the workshop page, has an issue with a new Gmod update and can't actually load the map. It just boots you back to the main menu. ouch

I suppose ghosts could exist - could, but not in a real sense. Often i've found myself alone, midday or midnight, outside or inside, City or Grassland; and i find my mind wondering. I suppose it could be explained by inbuilt genetic paranoia from ages long past, that incessant anxiety that tugs when you stare at a closed door, the behavioral imprint that somethings around the corner, around the tree, behind the streetlamp. There's always that feeling, always when someone is alone, that you can't help but start noticing things, the subtle movement of a branch, the minute rustlings of leaves, shadows moving inexplicably in and out of vision. Your mind, in the sense of a coping mechanism, i'd guess keeps itself calm by picturing something to fill these unexplained voids - the wanderings of the subconscious. The faint halo of a figurine metamorphosing into a contorted human shape. A sound akin to footsteps, drawing closer to only fade away.  The creaking of a floorboard, no more than a heating pipe groaning, slightly too heavy to be just what it is. The human mind is a powerful thing, personally i wouldn't doubt that the imagination - not the active, but the subconscious,  is the most powerful part of our being. Willing things, maybe just for a second, into existence.
Who knows, maybe that shadow is just of a keepsake after all; until your attention wavers once more, and the shadows begin quivering again.

Gonna be real with ya chief, we had this map before, and it's only fair if there's over 20+ people on the server. Any less and it becomes a really unfair map for seekers.
The map itself is huge, genuinely massive, with both out of map and undermap areas adding to the massive outdoor space. 
Still a good map-ish though, as long as there's 20+ players.

It started when back in 2006, I overheard one of my parents say a quaint word describing a person, and, as any inquisitive kid would, asked "Mommy, Daddy- Why is Tony Blair a dickhead?".
Instead of the usual "kids shouldn't say that" garbage, i was given a baptism of fire into the rather brief political and worldwide events leading up to, and occurring, in the Iraq War- and as extension basically the entire middle east for the last 40 years. 
This was their first mistake. Soon i was obsessed; they fed me National Geographic's like a machine. Headlines like "Desert Storm", "Desert Thunder", "The UK's inner turmoil", "Saddam's Army" only drove me further into their depths - big words didn't matter when big explosions and cool air strike pictures made my younger self detonate with excitement. My parents probably thought i was gonna be the most politically switched on nursery kid in  existence, poor them. My obsession with war-crimes and terrorism only drove my parents to greater concern. Then, my dad being foolish and probably with good intentions, caved in and gave me my first game, Command and Conquer Generals. I spent the next 7 years, and a rough total of 12,000 hours, melting soldiers with Anthrax/toxin spewing tractor flamethrowers, Air-striking civilians, and launching nuclear warheads at United States bases. Great times.
Then they gave me the sequel i had missed, and it only got better.
I love irresponsible and politically aggravated parents, don't you?

Let's start off with a nice little get the facts straight:
- You are not banned, you are permanently gagged.
- We did not bunch up on you, i was the one who verbally warned several times to tell you to stop - which you didn't do - so i gagged you.
- "extremely friendly" This phrase doesn't sit well with your behavior on the server, having little else to say than shut up to anyone who talks; this not being the first time you've done this.
- There was no abuse of power. You broke the rules surrounding micspam by repetitively, after three verbal warnings - which you're not even meant to get - saying shut up to both me and other players on the server. I followed up with a permanent gag after the first 5 minute due to me overlooking two previous recorded warnings for micspam by another admin.
