  1. A superpower for me? Well, that's easy. I'd want the power to be capable of granting wishes. This way, I could grant my own wishes, and thus be capable of anything all due to a SINGLE superpower. I could grant myself immortality, super speed, flight, super strength, transformation capabilities, or anything else, really. I COULD EVEN CURE CANCER BECAUSE PEOPLE WISH FOR IT.

Okay, so the first two are good on their own, but the third one has a button that needs to be covered up so nobody has to try and respawn in there to tag the moron who decided he'd rather close the door in everyone's faces as opposed to playing the game. But even then, I'm not sure if it'd be considered too big or not.

Either way, there's three whole maps for you to look at Dana.

  3. Gonna throw my two cents in here, but I honestly don't think North Korea is a threat to the US.

I do recall having a history class show a video in which a doctor went over there out of the kindness of his heart to cure blind people with a simple lens replacement surgery, and the citizens are so brainwashed they look at the picture of their lord and savior Gab Jong En to thank it for the "miracle" of being able to see again. If North Korean doctors are so uneducated that something our doctors call simple is a miracle for them, then clearly their military can't be any better off.

Another thing I think I've heard but I'm not sure of is that they've thrown out every technological achievement that wasn't accomplished by Koreans. So no glasses, bikes, computers, cars, whatever. Talk about backwater.

  4. Honestly, both of these things seem like they'd be incredibly stressful. Constantly looking over your shoulder for the how, freaking out over all the things you didn't do or all the things you'll miss out on for the when.

I suppose, however, that the lesser of two evils might be when I die.

And I will forever be known as the scout that gets crits.

    :lenny:

I seem to have this thing going where I make people salty in video games.

EDIT: And joy the embed code doesn't work, have a link to the video instead.

  6. Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

The dark atmosphere, along with the worldbuilding in each of the sidequests really tied it all together for me. In fact, as far as Zelda games go, it was the only one to make all the temples/dungeons as creative as they did. Even the Woodfall temple was creative in the way it tied in so many of the basic puzzle mechanics into it, like pushing blocks, lighting torches, all that fun stuff. Also, Stone Tower Temple. Literally flipping everything on its head is just a really fun concept.

  7. I don't particularly like either of them, but if I had to choose between the two of them, I'd go for Clinton. The day Trump becomes president is the day World War 3 starts, with his stupidity causing every country on earth to declare war on us just to hang his head on their capital city's welcoming sign. And then they fight each other over the right to hang Trump's head on their own signs when he's already dead. Oh, and then we'll all nuke each other, because why not?

A lot a lot a lot of people like this map. it is good when there is little people on.

There are a lot of amazing spots to hide on that map as well

Yes, smurfs love hiding inside each of the tiniest nooks and crannies of the map.

But on a serious note, you're talking about when there's like, 2-3 people? The server is primarily running with at least 7-8 active players. If there ever happens to be so few active players on, they're never going to say "Oh hey guys, let's vote for Forest!" They'll instead vote for a map like Airbus, or Smallotown. I have never once seen people that voted for Forest because they legitimately liked it as a map. In fact, every time an admin comes onto the server, they see an rtv in progress that's 2-3 votes away from going through, and they'll call a map vote right then and there.

My experience as a player on the server tells me that nobody actually likes Forest unless they value winning as a seeker more than winning as a hider. That's pretty much 0.1% of every Hide and Seek player ever. Every regular on the server hates Forest. Anyway, I've listed my reasons for getting rid of Forest here. If you still don't agree with me on this, I'm not going to hound you at every opportunity to delete Forest, because there's no point when I've already given you all the reasons I can think of.

  9. Hi. You may or may not have seen me on Hide and Seek, with the occasional salty yell of "GARBAGE" from laggy internet screwing up my parkour.

I figured I'd make an introduction thread for myself because apparently I don't have anything else to do with my time.

Also, ttt_forest_final is the worst map for Hide and Seek. Once in a blue moon, people have won there, but usually, I've seen it come up 3 or 4 times in one day and nobody wins except seekers. Does anyone know who's in charge of putting maps on the Hide and Seek server? I certainly don't.
