The following is a list of weapons with an SCP designation that could be implemented into Breach to add more variety/options in its combat:
SCP-127
Description: An organic and living MP5K submachine gun that fires out teeth, which it slowly regenerates.
Stats: Same as the standard MP5, however, SCP-127 regenerates its ammo instead of having to reload (similar to the weapons used by Omega-9).
SWEP: Same as the preexisting MP5
SCP-034
Description: A primitive knife constructed solely out of obsidian. It is used to grant its bearer the physical appearance and characteristics of someone else by using it to cut off a piece of another individual's skin and placing it on themselves.
Stats: A melee weapon that deals minimal damage, but upon a hit, gives the bearer the username, role, and appearance of whomever they attacked. Their teammates would still be able to distinguish them from their enemies.
SWEP: I could not find any primitive-looking knives on the workshop, but the following should suffice- https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1376312181&searchtext=
SCP-2069-1138
Description: A high-caliber electromagnetic coilgun of extra-dimensional origin, believed to have been developed as a part of a joint research program between the Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition.
Stats: Essentially the SWEP itself.
SWEP: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=880974987
SCP-3118
Description: A Beretta M9 pistol that when fired at the cranium of another human causes an instance of SCP-3118-1 to emerge from the far side of the cranium, along the bullet's path. SCP-3118-1 is a recreation of something the subject has previously eaten at some point in their life.
Stats: When a player is killed with SCP-3118 they will drop a random piece of food that can be eaten for health.
SWEP: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1304932254
Props (for the food): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=108024198
SCP-154
Description: A pair of bronze bracelets that when worn on the same arm form an incorporeal bow in the wearer's arm. When pulled back and released, the bones of the user's arm will be forcibly ejected at a high velocity, similar to an arrow. The missing bones and resulting damage to the arms are quickly regenerated, and the bow can be fired again.
Stats: A bow that when fired deals 30 damage to the bearer and cannot be used for a short while. After 30 seconds have passed, the player will regain their health and be able to to use the bow again.
SWEP: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=828847832 (The wooden bow specifically).

Basically what Duc2000 said

This doesn't seem like a beneficial item for anyone and would most likely lead a significant amount of rdming.
Oh,
No.

Well, this is a pleasant surprise, I was not even aware that this was still under consideration. With that being said, there are a few changes I would like to propose since I made this suggestion 8 months ago (and Breach has received a significant amount of additions over that amount of time):
- Subject 207 should receive some resistance to bullets (similar to SCPs) in order to prevent him from being easily gunned down in open spaces.
- The C.I. soldier should have their old vests instead of those worn by the NTF due to the more aggressive nature of this reinforcement.
- Due to the Chaos Insurgency's protective nature over Subject 207, each C.I. soldier could be armed with a specialized med-pack that can only be used on Subject 207 to heal 50 of his hp. This would encourage subject 207 to work with the C.I. soldiers instead of running off and doing his own thing (which kind of happened with 076-2 and Omega-7). However, if this ends up too difficult to implement, then you should not worry about it.
I will leave up to you to determine if the above changes are necessary, and once again, thank you for your continued interests in such an old suggestion.

I mean, I’m fairly new to this really. Anxiety’s a bitch. Thank you though!
Hey, no problem. It can take a little time figuring out how to prepare and write a suggestion. However, it is always great to have new people proposing ideas for breach as they can provide unique concepts not even considered by other members. Don't feel discouraged at all about what you post.

An interesting idea, but you need to provide more details. Take this suggestion as an example:

For those of you experiencing a little deja vu, this is a repost of a suggestion I made a while back with some slight edits. Simply put, this suggestion seeks to give Omega-9 more diversity in their weaponry from Quake 3's incredible arsenal.
SWEPs: Where ever Xy got the previous Quake SWEPs from, or (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=160207505&searchtext=Quake+3)
Weapons: If you played Quake III Arena before you probably know what all of these weapons already do, but I’ll give a brief description of each for those who have not.
Shotgun- Standard stuff. Fires a burst that is good at close ranges.
Rocket Launcher- Similar to the grenade launcher, the rocket launcher fires explosives that are capable of doing splash damage. However, the Rocket launcher's projectiles travel in a straight line rather than an arc at the expense of a slower fire rate, making it less effective to spam. Essentially, the grenade launcher is better for corridors, the rocket launcher is better for open spaces.
Lightning Gun- A weapon that fires a streak of lighting that does little damage, but had an incredibly fast rate of fire. It also has a limited range making it best for medium range combat.
Railgun- A weapon that fires a powerful, high caliber round that does high damage and travels far. There is a significant delay between shots making this weapon most effective at long ranges. This weapon is also a fan favorite of many.
Plasma gun- Fires burst of blue plasma that does a small amount of splash damage, but packs a serious punch on direct hits. However, the plasma itself is slow moving and can easily be dodged, making this weapon most efficient at close-medium ranges
Honorable mention to the BFG10K which probably shouldn't be added because it would essentially be “game over SCPs” if someone spawned with that thing.
Anyways, I’m not expecting all of these to be added, but it would be nice if to see a couple to get in. However, I am aware of how busy Xy is, and this should by no means be considered a necessary addition. Feel free to express your opinions below.

When your karma was low, this was possible, but no gun ever had it's damage value explicitly set to 1.
It was another server then, since everyone's gun only did one point of damage per a shot.
-
Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't there a time a while back in which every gun only did one point of damage? Either way, I still remember when there were only four playable SCPs and sources of healing were about as rare as a med student without anxiety.
However, a lot of good times were had on this server.

As I have mentioned in previous threads, I believe that Breach could always use more human sided SCPs due to only two currently existing in the server. Such additions would add more variety to the game mode and provide the occasional extra-challenge to make one's run as an SCP more interesting. Pangloss's primary ability is powerful enough to scare off unwanted anomalies but is balanced out by its 8-second cooldown, making is much less effective when SCPs travel in groups (which should always be encouraged). In other words, great job Dominick.

I would definitely like NU-7 get the AR2 (OSIPR) back as it helped them stand out from the other MTF units (that and the alt. fire was incredibly fun to use). Honestly, I feel like all three of these proposals would be a great way of improving the weaponry in breach.

As I am sure that many of you are aware, the Tau-5 recently had their Double Barrel Doom shotguns removed, and while I personally found them to be enjoyable, I can understand why they were cut. However, its replacement, the MAG-7, is fairly generic and does not fit well with an MTF that mostly uses advanced and experimental weaponry. With that being said, I believe I have found an alternative that may work much better:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=938918736
The Tau Cannon is essentially a highly accurate laser cannon with a moderate rate of fire, but high damage. Personally, I feel as though this weapon would serve as a better fit for the Tau-5 (they both even share Tau in the name), as well as provide them with something more unique to utilize.

I don't think we really need this as the moment. There is already too many reinforcement teams as I feel like adding more and more will just eventually build up. Maybe a special events with these different reinforcements, but I feel like too much variety can be hard to handle as the server does take up already a lot of space. There is already SH, Tau-5. CI, Clef, 073, Epsilon, nu-7, NTF, and probably more that I don't remember.
I would argue that there is enough room to fit one or two more, but I am going to hold off on creating this suggestion anyways since it has played Breach in a while. With some significant changes and new additions to the gamemode, I do not believe I should be suggesting anything at the current moment. That, and the fact that Xy already seems to have his hands full. As always though, I appreciate your response.

Honestly, whenever I come back to Breach after being gone for a while, I always love discovering all the new features.

Alright, I am planning on creating a full blown Alpha-9 suggestion, I am just wondering if there are any other SCPs I should know about that would fit the task force besides SCP-105, SCP-2099, and SCP-2913?

Yes, cain is apart of Alpha-9. No, he doesnt have any actual field duties. Hes there basically to debrief them.
My bad, the last time I read the Resurrection series was over a year ago.

ignoring the fact Cain is a pacifist and would never take to the field
Cain actually did agree to join Alpha-9 in the following: http://www.scp-wiki.net/in-harm-s-way
Also, you wrote Alpha-5 when I believe you meant Alpha-9. With that being said, I agree that the name should be changed.

I feel like this would work better as a D-class SCP since a tank role would better serve what is arguably the most easily vanquishable team, but it works well as a standard SCP as well. Either way +1
-
Seems like a good fit for the hole SCP-035 left when was moved to the D-Class team.

I've been wanting to suggest a janitor class for a while now, however I could never think about how it should be implemented. However this, I like this. + 1

Expanding the Arsenal for Omega-9

If you played Quake III Arena before, you probably know what all of these weapons already do, but I'll give a brief description of each for those who have not.
Shotgun- Standard stuff. Fires a spread of pellets most effective at close ranges.
Rocket Launcher- Similar to the grenade launcher, the rocket launcher fires explosives that are capable of doing splash damage. However, the Rocket launcher's projectiles travel in a straight line rather than an arc at the expense of a slower fire rate, making it less useful for spamming. Plasma Gun- Fires burst of blue plasma that does a small amount of splash damage, but packs a serious punch on direct hits. However, the plasma itself is a projectile making it easy to dodge at long ranges.
BFG10K- A devasting weapon that fires deadly globs of plasma that are also capable of splash damage. Due to how lethal it is, Omega-9s should only have a tiny chance of spawning with the BFG10K (between 1%-3%).
Gauntlet- A decently powerful melee that can be used as a backup if an Omega-9 is low on ammo. Should be available for every Omega-9 alongside their gun.
