      If you want to, you can apply right now, but you do not need my permission to apply for any server, nor anyone elses permission.

       

      A word of warning though, become very active on the forums (25 post or more, no spam), and get a lot of activity on the server you are applying for (100+ hours). Also, it helps to know a few of the staff members, and becoming known on the server by the other players.
