Today Super Mario Run released for the iPhone, and I have been playing it for a few hours now. I have to admit it is pretty fun, and I think it would be cool if any GFL members play it for them to post their friend codes for other members to add them

I am looking for an 'Options' button, but i don't see on on mobile. Where are you finding it?

I've noticed on my iPhone that while on GFL, I can view member apps, but I do not have access to accept or deny them.

As I was recently promoted to Manager, I have access to moderator actions on those posts on mobile, but not accept/deny.

Is this intentional, or is it not possible to apply that function to mobile?

Hmmmm, great idea for a topic.

Character 1: Judy Hopps (Zootopia)

For one, this character is the reason my name is Rabbit.  For another, she has had to strive to get the respect she deserved from her fellow officers, and she had a tough time doing so. Constantly looked down on, ridiculed, and embarrassed while trying to move forward.

I, in some aspects, have experienced the exact same thing. Fitting in with a new group of people can be challenging, and you have to strive to find your place. You can't just expect to show up and get along with everyone immediately, you have to work at it.

Character 2: Marty McFly (Back to the Future Trilogy)

This character had a rough life, constantly reminded of by his loser father and drug-abousing mother, that he hasn't had a good life. He has to deal with people thinking he doesn't have what it takes to make it in life, and that he won't ever amount to anything. After he is given the chance to travel back and forward in time, he realizes he can change his life for the better (intentionally and accidentally).

Disregarding the aspect of time travel in real life, my story is somewhat similar. Growing up, I didn't always feel like my family was perfect. My parents were in the military, and we had to move around a lot. I never made many friends because I knew at some point I would move and leave them. After a decade or so of this movement, my parents were offered jobs, good paying jobs, in another state. It was at this point that they asked me whether or not we wanted to move, one last time. Of course I agreed, and it felt like my life was gonna get a bit easier (This totally got a lot deeper than I expected it too.

I'll stem away from my usual welcome format.

Wow, I can't believe that they did this. I am sure it goes without saying that everyone on TS3 appreciates the swift justice taken against the offenders.

Glad to see TS3 is being kept safe from stuff like that, even if it does slip through from time to time.

The admin team over at the CS:S ZM server is finally starting to take shape. Me and the co-manager were recently discussing the idea of a new team member.

That got me thinking about how other admin teams form, and what they look for in new applicants (not just requirements, but as a person/player)

So, with that in mind:

If you are a server manager: What do you look for in a new applicant? What kind of traits (if any) do you like to see? Why?

If you are a server admin: What do you like to see in fellow admins? Would you expect anything of a new applicant? Why?

I really would like to see your guy's opinions on this topic.

Most of the time, admins have a good enough reason + proof that you were doing something wrong, to ban you. Rarely does an admin give out a false ban.
