The youngest admin we've ever had on HnS was 10 and they were actually pretty good. Sure, age can affect personality, but it doesn't determine personality and it definitely shouldn't be something people look at and reject someone purely based off that.

That being said, I've also held the position that admins under 14 (which is HnS age requirement) barely ever even get accepted when they reply, so it's kinda redundant anyway imo.

One last point, I'm with @TheThirdReaper in that 20+ year olds can be just as bad as people under 13, and are sometimes even worse. The worst two people were in their mid teens, then a few people who were around 19-21 would be the next ones.

I'm going to add on to what Frank and Jazza said here. The apology seems pretty genuine and I don't really see you doing this again. In addition, you were once a former admin and have very minimal bad history with the server (the only thing I can recall is that you're a little trolly, and if you're with certain people, it can get pretty out of hand, though you aren't doing most of the arguing/trolling tbf). I don't see a reason why we shouldn't unban because of this.

I'd be completely happy to give you another chance, and since Frank and I seem to have already agreed on the verdict to unban, I'll just go ahead and accept this.

My issue was that they had people getting hit by cars. If it was 1 video, I would’ve just given a warn, but there were multiple videos of those, which made me do a ban.

I’ll wait for other discord mods to comment on this before giving a verdict.

For the actual appeal, you were acting pretty toxic the first time I saw you to others before I gagged you if I remember correctly. Also, you used your soundboard and also screamed into the after I gagged a bunch of people from what I recall. Basically, I don't think you were doing it to stop others from screaming, I think you thought it'd be funny to join in and get gagged after I said not to.

That all being said, given this is my only experience with you, I'm leaning more towards no, but I'm going to let @FrankAL comment on this appeal before any further action is taken. I would normally ask for a few of our more active admins to comment on this, but I'm pretty sure I was the only one on with you (though if another admin sees this and was on, correct me).

Since, both seniors are fine with an unban, I'm going to accept this appeal.

Personally, I wished you put a little more effort, but here's why I'd be ok with an unban: you haven't done anything previously. You haven't been given any infractions, you haven't been super trolly, you've been admin twice, and overall, you haven't given staff any issues. (Plus I wanna be stabbed)

That being said, I still want a reply from @FrankAL, as he is the other senior and it's the seniors' decision on unban appeals.
