Putting a shield down to try and protect someone from shooting a MOAB that was stated to be active is not malicious in anyway. There is no way that would classify as AMRDM. Someone shooting a bomb regardless of the amount of times shows the intent to make it blow up and kill people. 

Yes, a MOAB should not have been spawned, that is why the admin who spawned was given probation and a demotion in fleet. Another act like that would result in removal of said staff member. Just because it should not have been there does not give you a free pass to shoot it especially with multiple people around which would obviously result is casualties.

Use common sense, do not shoot live bombs with people around.  This ban appeal has been Denied

After reviewing the video sent and the admin that did the bans PoV this ban appeal has been denied. 

After looking back on past infractions you did have several previous bans 2 years ago like you stated, however you also have one (your most recent one) from July of this year. The perspective you are giving is not really lining up so this appeal has been denied. 

You've been banned several times and have shown you are not here to be an actual player so this appeal has been denied.

Your story has changed multiple times through out your 4 ban appeals. Although it was an accident shooting a grenade launcher around a group of people intentionally trying to kill one is still not ok. Winter is an Admin so if she was close enough to get killed she would have set the person free if they were stuck. 

The ban will stay, hopefully you learn from this mistake and come back. 

Gun store owners do not go out and leave loaded guns around for use. The ban still stands.
