Sorry you're stuck with me, your mute was made permanent because you exceeded three punishments for hate speech and slurs in 12 months, at the time I was feeling generous and so only gave you a perm mute even though the standard procedure is a perm silence, also we aren't a court, there's no double jeopardy here (that isn't how it works anyway).

I then told you in the appeal for that that anymore toxicity or negative behaviour would result in a perm gag.
I only had to go back 2 days to find just a small sample of you being toxic and racist.

You have also slur baited, which even though it's against the rules you weren't gagged for.

And attempted to use slurs in the last couple of months.

Also, sexuality isn't an insult or a negative.

Calling someone "a trans" is incorrect and borderline offensive, denying someone's identity cause you personally don't like them is transphobic, whether or not you believe they're "abusing" being trans (whatever that means).

There's no such thing as "dna aug trans", saying that grs and other forms of transgender surgery are mutilation is transphobic.

@TheManoWanders I didn't perm gag you back in February because I was giving you a chance to change and so only perm muted you, you haven't changed in 8 months since and have continued to be toxic towards others, as well as being racist, transphobic and misogynistic. You have to appeal mutes, you won't be automatically unmuted after the first offence becomes a year old cause that isn't how it works. Normally they wouldn't stack for this current gag because they are older than a year, however, you were on thin ice before, as I said in your previous appeal, and so were escalated.

He can't be perma-gagged from this instance due to how punishments stack, however he was silenced for 2 days at the time it was called, the next punishment after this will be a permanent silence if this behaviour happens again so please be sure to calladmin if it does.
