Although I'm not directly involved in anything close to competitive leagues such as RGL, I have been notified by staff about your case. I'll get to the point, we have come to the decision to unban you and instead enforce a permanent silence on you on the server, this means to use commands such as !add and !remove will be through console. Not only this but if we discover any funny business on your end like previous incidents, a permanent ban will be immediately enforced. 

Listen, I truly hope that all you've stated is true, even though many may label you as all these bad things, you can simply change the way you act in the future to avoid these things from happening again. I sincerely hope you've learned a thing or two from these events, and use that knowledge to be a better and kinder person.

It appears that you were indeed using a VPN and that was what caused our systems to trigger the auto-ban.
