    Hey GFL. It has come the time for me to say goodbye. I've reached a point where it's more stressful to be here than fun and looking back that's partly my fault due to becoming a leader in certain places I was told I'd regret, but anyways there are a few special people I really want to show appreciation too for being really cool and helpful during my time here.

     

     

    @Bue. - Helped me and was my friend since the beginning. It was really fun working with you and under you. #WritingTeam4Ever. You are a really great friend and I hope everything in your life is amazing and you are happy.

     

    @Plum @Roger Gunshot @Lonely @NOT Karkles @flying4ssassin - Thanks for being really cool and mostly based staff. Love you guys and probably some of the few people or things that I'll look back on my time in MC that will make me happy. Don't let it get too crazy or toxic while I'm gone. I believe in you gamers and I wish you all the best.

     

    @Salad - You are adorable and always make me smile even when you don't do anything haha. Really just a pure soul that is really sweet and you just always made me laugh or smile when I needed it. 

     

    @DrakoHD - You've been a really good down to earth friend and always just really fun to talk to and hang out with. Keep doing you and improving. You've improved so much while being here and I hope that continues. 

     

    @Infra - i want to eat ur balls and i love u. u r rlly sweet and nice besides when ur scary and mean xd stay safe bestie

     

    @Aurora - iconic gamer. We had some talks that really helped my mental while being here. I appreciate everything you've done for me and I wish you the best on everything you do.

     

     

    @Liloz01 - I love you. You are such an amazing and complex person. If only people really got to know you, they would know how sweet, down to earth, and understanding you are. BE NICE while I'm gone and just stay amazing. Thank you for all the help you've given me whether it be emotionally or helping me write so much stuff l0l. You are a true bestie 4 life and hopefully I get to meet you one day.  ♥

     

    I hope I contributed a lot to the community. I really tried me best to help out and contribute wherever I could. I did so much here, Mod Team, PR Team, Writing Team, Events Team, Server admin on multiple servers. Whew xd. I wish I could've continued and not burn out mentally, but it happened and here we are. There are so many other people who have been really great to me and I wish I could thank all of you individually but that's a lot of writing haha. I don't know if this is goodbye forever since I don't know what the future will hold but if you guys never see me again just know you all are in my hearts. I will be closing up some loose ends and then leaving the following week by resigning from every role. I wish the very best to the next Event's Team Leader and TTT MC Manager. 

     

    Lastly, to all of my event coordinators. Thanks for really making this my happy place. You guys were all really amazing and I wish I could've been more active and just stayed and focused on you from the start instead of trying to branch out. Maybe I'd still be here but who knows. @Lonely @BlazingArson @Queeen @DrakoHD @BluHoser @Frostydogs @Royal Keep making fun events for the community to enjoy.

    April 2021 Art of The Month

    Hello, people of the GFL community! The Events team would love to announce that Art of The Month is back!

    All artists from the GFL community will have a chance to show us what they can do. 

     

    Art of the Month will be starting on April 5th until April 25th. Once the event ends a week of voting from the community will start from April 26th to April 30th.

     

    What is Art of The Month?

    Artists will have three weeks to draw the following prompt, then the last week of the month will be used for the public to vote on which art piece they think deserves to win. The art will be public for anyone to comment on. Comments will not affect your score for voting time.

     

    How can you enter?

    The Art of The Month event will be hosted on the GFL forums! You can enter by reading what the theme is and then heading over the the Events contest section and making a thread that will consist of the art you made and a small description that is optional to add. 

     

    What are the prizes?

    The winner will have their art displayed on the Forums and the GFL Instagram, 1 month VIP, as well as receiving an achievement badge that goes on your profile.

    RULES:

    1. Artists MUST follow the theme.
    2. No inappropriate/vulgar drawings.

    Theme: The theme this month is Freestyle. You may draw anything you'd like, as long as it follows the rules!

    Why should you be accepted as an admin?

     

    There are many reasons why I feel I should be accepted as an admin. Firstly, the hours I am on. A lot of the time I get on very early in the morning around 7 AM EST. Mods are very rarely on at this time, and since the Anarchy server is very popular, at this time there are many people RDMing and breaking rules. Secondly I am very dedicated to this community. I took a break from GMOD and when I came back I found this server and instantly fell in love. I have been having so much fun and I hope I can continue to for a lot longer, and having the admin position would help with that to guarantee a smooth and fun time for all players. Also I am on a lot of the times admins are not. Players/Trolls tend to RDM, say racial/homophobic slurs, and overall break rules when admins are not on. I immediately attempt to contact an admin via steam friends list or discord. If this does not work I usually go into spectator and prepare to report the offenders on the forums. This just goes to show how dedicated I am to this server and community and how willing I am to donate my time to ensure that the rest of the playerbase can have a fun and peaceful experience. Lastly, I am able to keep calm under pressure/intense situations. While on the server I have been harassed and made fun of for my voice many times because I am a boy and it is very feminine. Some players when and when not admins are on will harass me over this, but I do not retaliate or flame them back. I keep calm and either talk to an admin online or make a report if possible. As a staff member on GFL’s Anarchy server I will ensure that all players have a respectable and fun time on the server and I hope you see that I would be an amazing addition to the staff team.

    Yes! Years back before I took my long hiatus from Garry’s Mod, I was a moderator on [cG] Compact Gamers. This server consisted of my servers like Deathrun, TTT, Prophunt, Murder, Bhop, and Surf. Since Mod was global I have experience on all of these servers. Especially TTT, Deathrun, and Bhop because I mained those the most. I also have owned and been an admin/developer on my own server before my hiatus. These experiences all would ensure that I would have a very easy transition from being a player to an admin on this server. 

     

    You see a fellow admin abusing, what do you do?

    If you have punishments (warns, bans, and mutes), why were you punished?

     

    I have non because I'm a baddie and follow the rules.
