EDIT: I'd also like to add: What admin does this 71090c478597ed3dc691c01257fee373.png and just types "aimlock, ez ban" in chat. That's the most un-adminlike behavior I've seen in a long while, and i managed a GMod server.

Fairly certain that's in admin chat. We're not really in the business for witch-hunting admins for non-issues.

As for the accused, I will say without doubt that they aren't using BHop scripts, nor are they wallhacking. Some of the shots with the R8 do seem indicative of soft aimlock, although I don't want to be the final arbiter on that since CS:GO isn't my forté.

@Mould It's your call, my love.

  2. The third question in the poll is a very strange one to ask from the beginning, which gave me the impression that this suggestion was just OP memeing us. In the off-chance that I'm being duped and that this is a serious suggestion, I'll give it a fair response.

There is a fairly large disconnect between most mobile games and PC games. Some opt to call this the "casual vs. hardcore" dichotomy, in which the heart of the situation lies within the target audiences. The vast majority of casual gamers will prefer mobile games, whilst the same holds true for hardcore gamers towards PC games. GFL's target audience has always been within the latter of that spectrum, and there is little room for overlap. There is bound to be some overlap in that we have members within the community that enjoy mobile games, but they are the minority. I can guarantee that the lion's share of mobile gamers couldn't care less about dedicated gaming communities.  We're trying to appeal to John who plays CS:GO, not John's grandmother that plays Candy Crush or Clash Royale.

This comes part and parcel with the other disadvantages of many mini divisions, with the most notable one being that we cannot host community servers for such mediums. Not worth the venture, my love.

I'm not going to outright say that you're inactive, but you yourself admit that you use text chat less than voice. This is all well and good, but the first step we have to making a Discord moderator team is to find members that are particularly active within the main medium of communication, which happens to be our text channels.

Your activity alone is impressive. It would feel like a waste for us to not capitalise on this. This is made easier to say in that I do not think you have a reputation for any sort of vile behaviour. I've been out of the loop with GFL's internal affairs for a few months, so I'll leave it to other higher-ups to PM me if I'm wrong on that. My vote will remain the same until then.

Benroy is another obvious choice for this new team. Articulate, active—capable of handling the vast majority of matters. My only concern would be that he cannot—by virtue of his deafness—deal with most cases relating to voice chat. This is a minor concern at worst, since I feel that we'll have no shortage of people that can.

  6. Of course, my love.

The song's name is Galactic Legacy by a musical circle called Strip Sounds. It was made as part of a space-themed dual orchestral/electronic album (called Space Vol. 1) by a Japanese fellow called Koichi Imahashi.

I'm afraid the entire song is only as long as what I gave you. There IS a slightly longer electronic version of this song, though. It's actually not bad; it sounds like something you'd hear in a 16-bit cyberpunk game. Very nostalgic.

@Syrus lmao I don't think I'm going for that personally, I don't want a name that it is going to take people 30 seconds to figure out how to say it lol

Funnily enough, "Shmurm" is one of the names that people call me when they give up trying to pronounce "Shuruia".

Anyway, the best names are those with syllables that easily lead into the next one. Names don't even need a specific meaning. I didn't create my name with any specific meaning in mind; I just like how it sounds.

I suppose a good start would be with your personal interests, though. How about... Kasalua?
