Guys, remember when I said I had several thousand random files that I didn't know were there and I had to delete them? It happened AGAIN, but this time all the files I already had were duplicated 2 or 3 times. (Including game files, videos, photos, and software on my mac.) I figured out why.

I usually like to try to torrent games, and I tried torrenting one, but then I got a notification saying I was low on space. I quit the torrent and deleted the file thinking I need to clear space before I can install it. I went to clear space and I found everything duplicated. I suspect the "torrent" was an attempted virus, because everything wasn't that way before.

I generally make sure I delete both torrent & data.

      Anyway, glad you resolved it.
