I legitimately love broccoli.  I love front loading meals with a salad, but I crave broccoli and love when it's added to dishes such as soups or as a side.

It's also cheap, filling, and there isn't really a consequence for eating "too much" of it (and I eat a lot).

A nice bowl of lightly salted cauliflower is amazing, steamed of course.

I enjoy using it as an alternative to rice or mashed potatoes, or sometimes I'll mix it with those two to make it seem like "more" rice or mashed potatoes.  I've also heard of ideas such as replacing the chicken wings with cauliflower and just drowning it in the hot sauce (I'd love to use the Wing Stop Original Hot).  I plan to try this when I return to the US though.

Honestly I love baked vegetables especially carrot beans and broccoli but beans and  potato have got to be the best vegetables ever made. especially potato and the huge number of variations you can make of it like baked potato or grilled or with with some bread or mashed I just love potato .

Steamed vegetables is what I usually take for dinner/lunch, these include 'broccoli, baby carrots, green beans and bell pepper'. I usually eat vegetables in size of 2 closed fists, meat the size of my palm and thickness of my pinky finger and rice/potato/macaroni size of a punch. It's the golden formula for me ;)

I confess I ate some of the corn while waiting for the broccoli to finish up.  Surprised i'm not seeing any courgette/zucchini lovers.
