Indeed. The 16th one with a hole in it is Lincoln. The other two presidents that were assassinated (Garfield and McKinley) don't seem to bear similar representations.

Probably because they're forgotten and as such the maker of the graphic either didn't care enough to add them or didn't even know they were assassinated.

Oh yeah, I didn't even see the hole in Lincoln. It just blended in so well with the background that I didn't even notice.
