I guess a ban appeal/request forum has not been made yet. You can try posting in the divisions forums according to the server where you got banned from.

Ban appeals, Reports, and Admin applications all go into the server section. Each server will have its own appeals, application and reports. So, you can try making a ban appeal on the particular server you were banned from
