Hello, I am new here so I am wondering where on the forums I can report people for rdming, ect, and alos, where do i find the rules for each server, like ttt?

What server are you from? If you're looking to post a player report you need to do it under the sub forum for player reports of the server you're playing on.

I came from prestige gaming but got perm banned there because there were alot of corrupt admins and stuff and i kept getting banned.

We don't deal with other community servers. We only deal with the ones within a GFL feel free to check our servers out! I hope you enjoy your time with GFL

But to answer your question overall,

For garry's mod section:

Each server has a section for player reports and appeals, you click one either one to file in the report or an unban/unmute appeal. 

Same for the other game servers:

As for the mini-divisions, I don't think there's anything of it. But like Joel said, if you're banned on PrestigeGaming, go to their website. If their server redirect you to here, then uh... I'll go talk to them and see.
