I'm just going to leave this lovely note here.

 

When you noticed your karma going below 700, that's when you stop. You sit in spectator mode and wait for an admin to come on or when the server resets / map resets. Karma will reset after that. Don't be an idiot and continue the RDM chain. If someone is RDMing you, especially if it's inno x inno, let them. You don't want your karma to go down, correct? If it's traitor x traitor, still don't do it. You can if it's traitor x innocent, though. You don't lose karma from that. :3 If you're a traitor and you want to activate a TNT but your traitor buddy is blocking your way or if he/she's AFK, don't do it, same goes for C4.
